Transfer the subscription to another project.
Good afternoon. I accidentally paid for “Nikita's Starter team” instead of renewing my Typetop subscription. Can you transfer the subscription to Typetop without a refund?

Our support team has followed up on your case: since subscriptions can't be transferred directly from one team to another, they've canceled the Professional plan for the Typetop team and voided the open invoice, so you won't receive any further billing notifications for it.
