Hi! My project disappeared and shows as deleted… It isn’t in trash, or draft. It simple is gone. But in the little window of preview on top bar, it appears the project, it’s there. But doesnt load. Hi all, is it possible to export the entirety of the chat log for a project in Figma Make. Client is asking for it as a sort of ‘Show your work’ for how the Prototype began and what prompts were used to get it to it’s final state. Thanks in advance!

I am not sure exactly what has changed, but in the last few weeks Figma Make has felt less like a sandbox that resets completely upon refresh and more like an actual application where things persist – which is often not what you want when using it for prototyping. I’m finding myself having to build ‘reset data’ buttons into prototypes to achieve the same ephemeral effect that used to be the default. I’m correct in thinking something has changed right? I think there should be controls to choose when localstorage gets purged, what gets cached and when, etc

I am getting many errors like this - my AI credits are deducted but nothing change on figma make. One request ID: R4euD0uwTiJ2gPpG,  this is one of the request, it happened at least 30 times. I tried multiple prompt and different networks, almost all of them fail but once a while one succeeds. My network is working for all other web and apps. Can you help check? Causing a lot of troubles

I recently upgraded to Mac OS Tahoe 26.2 and now I cannot open a new tab in the Figma desktop app. The “+” button/tab next to the home tab does not do anything. Also File > New Tab does nothing. The only way I can have multiple tabs open is to find a specific file from my recents folder or within the a project. I have reinstalled Figma. I have reset the cache. I have restarted my computer. 

We are successful in accessing the figma remote MCP exposed at "https://mcp.figma.com/mcp" via OAuth based access via browser SSO login. We are exploring ways to automate figma MCP access in a headless mode so would like to understand passing PAT token for remote MCP authentication. We tried passing PAT in Auth headers and X-Figma-Token header but get unauthorized for remote MCP at this endpoint "https://mcp.figma.com/mcp". I have the same issue. I Mistakenly accepted a dev’s request for the dev mode seat and also quickly reversed it to free seat, but it’s been added to my invoice for the next billing cycle as “One-time charges and credits”. This makes no sense to me at all, can you guys make it such that payment is requested at upgrade so one knows ahead, or ask the user to confirm this action since it’s going to attract a prorated cost. Now I have to pay for something I won’t use, just feels fishy.Please do something about it.Thank you.

Hi Figma Support Team,I’m reaching out because I’m genuinely disappointed with the reliability of Figma’s AI features. I’ve been using Figma consistently for the past three months, and around half the time I try to use the AI tools, the results are either incorrect or completely unusable.In many cases, the AI confirms that it has implemented the feature I requested, but instead it generates fake or irrelevant UIs, or it doesn’t implement the requested feature at all. Hi figma,I’ve lost access to my old school’s student account [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII], which I wish to have access to a few more files. I heard if I email the customer support, there might be a way to re-verify, or change my files around. I had try my best to find out a way to call for help but unfortunately I’ve ended up here taking public resources. Hopefully you guys can have a actual humane way to file ticket for these kind of issue instead of assigning an unsupportive AI bot to save the cost on customer support.Please let me know the next step

I have design Landing page for my website and design with some image and I had apply blend modes on image after that I try to export all the Image design element in separately for developer it come out with darker on image. Any way to solve it?  Set up SettingExport result below:Export result 

I added annual seats by mistake today, can i know if have any way i can remove the annual seat without extra billing, no people assigned for it. I try to send email to support, but still cannot get any feedback.Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
