I have a fully functional website in figma make. This is a react build i see. Has anyone succesfully deployed from there? because I get lots and lots of errors trying to deploy to a live site. Please advise how I can move forward fast. thanks!

Hello, I believe I’ve encountered a billing error related to my Professional (monthly) plan.Below is the detailed timeline of events (no personal or financial information included): I purchased the Professional plan (with all seats included) on October 19, 2025. I canceled the subscription around November 8, well before the next renewal date. After cancellation, my account correctly switched to the Free plan, showing no active subscriptions. However, on November 19, I was charged $20 USD again — the same amount as the previous billing cycle, even though the subscription had already been canceled. My bank confirms the charge was successfully processed. My Figma account still shows the Free plan, with no active paid plan, yet this charge occurred. This appears to be an unintended duplicate charge for the same billing cycle, even though the cycle had already been paid previously. Hi everyone,I lost my Figma Education status and can’t renew it because the system says I can’t self-verify — it must be verified by my bootcamp. However, I’m taking the UX/UI Design course on Coursera, which doesn’t have administrators who can handle the verification.I only had access to the Figma Education plan for a couple of months before this issue started, and I haven’t been able to renew it since. I already contacted Coursera support, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved.Is there any alternative solution directly from Figma to restore my Education status or verify my student account another way?Thanks in advance for your help!

So I’m copy/pasting images from a word document that includes a fair amount of screenshots. They’re clear in the word doc, but when pasted into Figma they’re just destroyed. I haven’t noticed this before, something to do with yesterday’s cloud outage? Or something else? These are not large images so not being resized by the app.

I’m trying to use Figma Make to generate a few pages as a way to test the tool. However, when I select a component and variable library, it simply doesn’t follow it. It uses colors with almost no contrast and font sizes that make no sense. I even tested it without selecting any library, and the results were about 90% better.Does anyone know why this happens?  

After several prompts, Figma stops rendering anything in the preview window until the app is restarted. It’s manageable when you’re only making a few changes, but when you’re dealing with dozens, it becomes pretty frustrating. A solution would be helpful.Also after couple of restarts the app just changes the font back to inter I assume, but not the correct one, then I have to revert to previous version and all over again.Solution? 

I have some issues with my figma site, that i’ll do in my figma sites. I do the design and published it with connected domain, but all what is see my client is the only banner. Could you tell me the reason of this issue and give an advice how could I fixed it)) 

I opened a case from figma support a few days ago. For them to explain and solve the problem that I made a wrong purchase, but there is still no answer. Does anyone know what I should do?

Even though I waited for a month to figma fix itselfs, it did not happen. So, I’m going to give it a try, since I’m getting increasingly fed up with this issue.The situation:I’m working on the component library for my organisation; I publish the changes made; I then go to the file in which the libary I just updated is used; The is no notification of an update When I check for updates in the assets panel there are updates listed; I klick on “Update” and still nothing happensSo I am stuck with a library that refuses to update. It DOES however update when I close and reopen Figma. Any help here?

I’ve tried evrything and I think is a bug. Here when we hover on the prototype, the text changes to state fill. I was not supposed to do it.And when pressing the button to remove, the button keeps on hover state.  

After adding a couple of new variables, the Publish button remains disabled, and in my connected files, I can't see those new variables added.

This bug is hard to properly describe, but I have a row of images that are set to fill container that keep resetting to fixed width any time I edit a completely different element on the same page. Honestly disappointed how often pretty severe bugs make it into the app these days. Before:  After: 

Hi,We have a password protected figma file with branches.Some of those branches were for reference and not intended to merge back with main. We have archived them, but documentation still have a direct link to them.Password is not working when using the direct link to the archived file.Collaborators need to connect to main file and enter password there before opening the branch.Is this the expected behavior or is this a bug?Thank you.

Hi ​@Eric Weber I am trying to contact sales but I have been unable to complete the website form (3 different browsers) due to a submission error [Failed to fetch (forms.figma.com)]. I have also tried emailing sales@figma.com but am not receiving any replies. Could you please advise? 

I'm working on a project where I have a left panel for navigation and a right aligned sidebar for notifications, activity etc conducted on this tool. For the left panel I created two variants - expanded and collapsed versions, which work fine in prototype mode. However, I'm facing issues with the right sidebar. I created two variants for that as well - expanded and collapsed, whereby the collapsed variant should change to the expanded variant on clicking the blue arrow icon (see images 1 &2). In prototype mode the variants do change on interaction, but the expanded sidebar variant doesn't open inwards (into the frame) from right to left, but it opens outside the frame (see the images 3 & 4 to understand what I mean). I am sure the solution is something simple and has something to do with the constraints but I have tried changing the alignment to "right" for both variants (they are set at "left" in the images) but that didn't work either. For reference, where I want the expanded

I’m new to Figma and I’m designing a website prototype. I have viewed a number of tutorials and they all show a “Prototype” panel at the top right. Mine only shows an “Interactions” panel and does not contain an “Overlay” option. What am I missing? Figma Desktop App version 125.10.4 on an M4 Mac mini
