Andy Fraser

Having massive issues with Figma Make and has left my project un-useable. After every prompt following an update this morning we see an error and request to reload the page. It has steadily been getting worse over the last 2 weeks but now on every prompt it crashes.

I have deleted the Desktop cache and files but same issue. Occurs on both web and desktop versions.

I know I am not the only user experiencing this - Please advise as It has essentially broken my project and have no alternative.

Hey @Andy Fraser - sorry for the trouble with Make.

Figma Make and AI models are of generative nature -- this means they occasionally have prompts that will fail for an unknown reason (which seems like it is happening here).

I saw that you were able to submit a support ticket about this already, and that they’ve touched base with you with further troubleshooting. Can you check your email to see if you’ve received that response? Please let me know if not.

As a sidenote: we have a special help page that covers errors you may encounter when using Figma Make here. If you see a different error pop up in the future, this page will be helpful as a good starting point.

Hey - thanks for the reply .

Pleased to report that support were able to assist and cleared the chat history. This has resolved all issues and we’re back!

Due to complexities I understand why this isn’t a manual feature but it really should be!

Many Thanks

Andy
