how can i edit on school file shared by the teacher

while using figma last semster, i could actually edit and interactive with the shared files sent by the teacher but when this semster started my figma tells me i exceeded the verifaction limits (i cant even try to get my account fixed) and now i only can make edits on my own files.

i have tried to summit emails to the support teams and no one so far has emailed me back about this issue, beside the 3rd party team (they couldn’t help).

is there a way i can fix this?????, PLEASEE LET ME KNOW!

    Hey ​@Conor L - I’m so sorry it’s taken a while to receive answers. I was able to locate the tickets you’ve submitted, and have personally requested that the education reach out to you as soon as they can.

    I can’t provide an exact window of time, but there may still be a delay due to the observance of the Presidents’ Day holiday.
