Figma Education Pro Reverification Issue for 2-4year College Program

Dear Figma Education Team,

Reinstating the Education Pro seat has been particularly challenging this Winter semester for many of my students. A number of students are still stuck in a communication loop indicating that their status has expired and cannot be re-verified. This wasn’t an issue for my past students (last 10 yrs.)

I am reaching out for your urgent support to help resolve this issue and ensure that our learners have uninterrupted educational access for the duration of their programs, which range from 2-year diploma to 4-year degree programs.

Hi ​@Prof_Sc_Lee - I’m sorry for the trouble you and your students are having issues with reverifying student eligibility. 

I do not have the ability to review or provide any information regarding student account approvals/unapprovals, as I don’t have visibility into that information.

I do see that you reached out to our education team via email -- I’ve verified your ticket (#1749109) was escalated for review. However, I cannot guarantee an exact response time. The US is currently observing a holiday, so there may still be a delayed response.

​@ksn  Would it help if I emailed a list of the students’ school email addresses along with their required documentation to the appropriate department to resolve this issue more efficiently? I currently have a few students across three different courses who are still unable to gain access, while their classmates followed the same steps and had their accounts re-verified two or three weeks ago.
