Hi,I’m relatively new to Figma. I’m using Figma Sites and I’m using Grid layout. I have Breakpoints set (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile). When I preview, narrowing the page width triggers the breakpoints to behave correctly, the Grid ‘snaps’ to the designated breakpoint sizes. But, how do I make it so that the Grid scales smoothly between breakpoints?Thank’s for your help.

my project that I kept working on for 3 weeks now is not viewed and kept me on loading endless loop for ever  , I can see the code but the preview is not there, and what makes me really sad , that I can see my works anymore and when it is end loading it showed nothing at all , I have pro subscription , when it is sops and I try to copy the design that what happened

Figma: Desktop app version 125.10.8 on Macbook OS 15.7.2  I made my design a year ago.  I updated the Figma app this week and now when I want to edit existing text blocks I get a grey box font warning pop up: So I select my existing PT Sans font and even though I have selected the PT Sans font the warnings won't go away when I go back to edit my existing text? I even tried "replace whole page." No difference. I can’t edit any of my existing text boxes without the pop up warning, which basically ignores my PT Sans selection?I have tried selecting PT Sans Bold (Bold I think is the issue even though this is a style not a font?) It doesn’t work when I select PT Sans and I try and add it? :I still cannot edit any of my text? ThanksBard

Dears, Figma is blocked in Syria due to the sanction imposed on it, yet lately the sanctions were deprived, many sites unblocked Syria, yet Figma still does..Can I, hopefully, request the review of the blockage and request cancelling it..  Regards!

Hi,This is Hutom, and I’m reaching out regarding a billing issue related to collab seats.One of our team members mistakenly requested a collab seat instead of a view seat. Although I personally did not approve this request, it seems the collaboration seat may have been approved unintentionally.According to our records, this appears to have occurred on December 22nd. Would it be possible to cancel this collaboration seat and receive a refund for the charge?Additionally, I’m unable to modify the number of collaboration seats. Pardon the typo in the title. Once again, prototypes are not responding to the most basic of variant interactions as of Monday Dec 2025. Recreated multiple on off tests in new files Cleared browser cache and history Rebooted machine. Tested on iPad Tried on Figma Desktop Tried in SafariI’d really love a stable Figma release that focused less on new bells and AI whistles, and more on stability at the core.

I’ve a frame where I need the content to be right aligned while the content overflows his parent:This has to be the sorting order of the bullet points columns, as previously it’s been also shown like this.In Figma Sites, this doesn’t work. Whereas when aligning the child to the left, it does work.In fact, when you try it you get this error when trying to publish:Error on the publishing panel However, on Figma Design you can do this and even prototype it and it works!!!Can’t really understand it 🤷🏻‍♂️ I was wondering how is this affecting to left to right reading languages 🫠Thanks in advance for addressing it.Best,Jordi

I asked for some changes in Figma Make. And, it seems it has made the changes, but the changes are not visible to me. It shows me the empty screen. I am on a paid Figma Professional Plan. Please help.

Paste Screenshot Image in Figma, Color is not right. But the original file’s color is correct. And paste it in photoshop also looks right. 

I cannot create any prompt because Figma Make constantly shows the error message: “Something went wrong.”I’ve tried refreshing the page multiple times and using simpler prompts, but the error still appears.This issue happens across all of my Figma files, not just one.What should I do now? I already have the font ubuntu mono installed but Figma is telling me that it is a missing font. And that’s really annoying me because I was using this in a motion design vid and now I have to change entire fonts because I can’t edit anything.

Canceled my account and was sent an email that no further charges would happen but charges did happen later. I don’t know what it is with these stripe account or any SF technology company using AI to charge, but I get charged months after I canceled and can’t find a single LLM that answers the questions right. If revenues are high I wonder if its because LLMs used by companies like Figma have a charter to tell them not to get bullied by the subscriber and to aggressively persist on charging cancelled accounts. It has happened three times with Cursor and now one time with Figma. 

Hi,I was charged for a Full seat even though I only need a Dev seat. Any upgrade to a Full seat was unintentional.I also see an unexpected one-time charge on the next invoice.Please switch my workspace to 1 Dev seat only, cancel any additional charges, and issue a refund/credit for the current billing period (Full seat charge). Also clarify and remove the one-time charge if it’s not valid. Thanks,Lior Angel 

I have an annual seat on Figma that renews in 6 months. But I am leaving the organization in a few days and want to cancel the auto renew now or better - transfer it to a different team I have , as I paid for it already. How can I do that? ThanksMattan
