Ho provato il piano Professional e poi dopo che figma mi ha tolto 30€ senza capire perché, quando per italia il piano viene comunque 24,40€ al mese. Io ho annullato il piano tornando a free. Pero nel mio conto Revolut continuo vedere tentativi di Figma per prendere i soldi mensili. Voglio togliere la mia carta dal mio account Figma perché è free. Potete aiutarmi per favore.

It sounds like you cancelled your plan and downgraded to Starter, but you're still seeing billing attempts from Figma on your account — and that the amount charged was higher than expected. I'm not able to access billing details, but I can see you have a case open with our Product Support team, and they're actively looking into this. Your case number is: 1807872. I've also flagged your concern about the additional charge so they can take that into account.

They'll follow up at the email tied to your Figma account once their review is complete. In the meantime, this resource may help explain what you're seeing: Upgrade or downgrade your plan → Downgrade or cancel your plan.
