Hi. I have been granted access to 4 different Figma files. In my email, I click accept and it takes me to a screen that say “
Hmm… looks like this file is restricted
To access it, you’ll need to join the organization first. Do you want to ask a admin to add you to the organization?” and then says aske to be added. I have already been added. I login into my Figma account and see the invites and click accept, and get sent to the same way. I just want to view the file, but it will not let me after I have been given access. I have clicked asked to be added but none is getting an email to add me. Everyone else on my team was added the same way and none else is having this issue. I have cleared my cache, tried on a different browser, and made sure it was the right account. There is no reason I could not be able to view the file, because I was granted access and clicked accept but it still does not work. This has been happening for over a week now.
