Assistance Required for File Recovery

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request urgent assistance in recovering a critical file associated with my student account.

The document is my Graduation Project, which was last updated in February. I have not moved or deleted the file, and it is currently missing from both my active directories and the trash folder. As this is vital to my academic work, I would appreciate your help in locating or restoring it.

Please let me know what additional details or identifiers you require from my end to proceed with the recovery process.
