I want to test the app I built on figma make but the browser tools like the site bar keep messing up the layout.Please how do I view it on my phone like a real app?  

I tried Figma and do not want to continue a subscription. However, in the admin area, the plan is saying “free”, but I was charged $20. Because it is “free”, I cannot cancel myself. But, it is not actually free, hence the charge. To be clear, I want to unsubscribe and cancel, delete. I did not create anything, the trial didn’t work. Help me cancel. The “help” community suggested posting here (seems odd)

Hi, I am currently stuck in the loop of triggering new verification emails but I am not able to receive any emails from Figma. I reached out to Figma Support and tried all of the troubleshooting techniques, nothing has worked. Is there a way for me to get support? Thank you for your time in advance.

Figma make tends to make changes to the files I reference from!

I’m currently on an Edu plan and I’m trying to share a Figma Make to other students, something which previously worked before. Right now when I try to share, it prompts me to get a Full Seat. I read that on an Edu plan I can share 1 figma make without a Full Seat, but it is not working out. I deleted all other Figma Makes so I don’t have any other shared or published. I was on a Professional plan last month but I did not need it anymore. Other students can share Makes with me on their Edu plan, please help me out.

I am not at all able to see figma make option in my design system eventhoug it is published and i have credit for figma make. I tried to create new design system to make sure my existing DS may have some blocker but even in new file it’s not working any soultion on this?  

Hello.I tried to renew my plan using my work email, and I think I did something wrong. Now, when I try to log in, I get a mail to message that my account is suspended.Is there a way to unblock my account and return to the initial payment process?

Hi all! So my problem is that when I try to draw a donut-like shape applying fill to it after just fills everything inside, including a hole that supposed to be left empty. What did I do wrong? 

Help! I have an image that has an outline of a text wrap that I need to flip horizontally. When i flip everything it makes the words backwards. How can I fix this? Picture for reference.

The missing files include projects or files named: G7 P6 / I3 Projects There is also a possibility that additional files may be missing, but these are the ones I have clearly identified so far.I have already checked: All Teams and Projects Drafts Deleted files Account login consistency Unfortunately, I am still unable to locate these files.These files are extremely important for my university coursework and upcoming exams, and I urgently need access to them. I created a design portfolio using Figma Slides last May and need to find which Figma account contains the original editable file as I cannot locate it in any of the Figma accounts I thought I used. Hi Figma Community!I’ve run into a really frustrating issue and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced it. I’m on macOS Tahoe (26.1 (25B78) Using Safari (Version 26.1 (21622.2.11.11.9)) I create a new project and a single frame I create a new text layer in Design mode The text box appears, but I can’t click inside it The right-hand panel shows text settings, but they’re all greyed out I’ve tried: creating a new file, clearing cache, checking locks, not in components—nothing works It feels like the text tool is completely stuck. I can’t even edit text in old files. Please help, this is driving me crazy!!TIA :) 

Hi, I was previously using the Figma Education Plan. After Figma updated its verification process, I noticed that China is no longer listed as an available location. I’m an international student currently studying in China — could someone please help me resolve this issue?

I am having this problem for a long while now. I can’t add libraries to a design file.This works on older design files but not on the current.Currently, I am using a workaround - adding what I need to an old design file and copying it over to the new one. This sucks though. When clicking on “add to file” in the picture. It won't do it and this error shows up: If you are looking into my account. A working example is the “landscape” design file.And one where it doesn’t work is “SnapIT”Thanks!

I have tried many times to verify my student account, however, each time it says that I have exceeded my limit for student plan. When I go back to old links, it says that they are expired and I need to try again. I have contacted SheerID a few times but they just get back to me with“We were unable to process your verification request. Good afternoon, We have 3 seats in our Pro licence. After removing a seat to one of our users, I'm trying to add a new address mail with the 'Invite users’ feature in People management.As soon as I click on Invite user, an endless spinner appears.The same kind of issue happens when using the Share feature. This happens in both browser (Chrome and Edge) and desktop app.  I encounter the issue yesterday and today after restarting my computer  You will find below videos for both issues 

Hi everyone,I’m trying to verify for the Figma Education plan and I’m stuck: the verification flow shows:“Verification Limit Exceeded… you’ve already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.”But my Figma account still shows I’m not verified, and I can’t proceed. I believe a failed attempt got counted and now I’m locked out. I’m a student and used my school email domain (happy to share the exact account/email privately with a Figma staff member). I contacted SheerID and my support request was closed without a reset, so I’m not sure what the next step is.Does anyone know how to reset verification attempts / clear the lock, or how to get a manual review from Figma support? I can provide screenshots and account details privately if a moderator/staff can escalate.Thanks!

I had a joint project with some amazing uni students who had since gratuated and no longer have access to the address the project is under (so I cant email them and have no more contact). I have the url but i dont know how to access, there was a lot of work I just dont know how to recreate

We created this app UI and it was all ok when we passed it to the de team. Few days later we find our design with some sort of mask in the background.Nothing has been added and I figured it’s created by “Background Blur” effect. When I switch off, it goes back to normal. But if it’s even “1” it creates this weird circular shape. And only if there is this gradient in the background.To fix it, I had to manually delete the gradient in the background and just create a new one. But we have tons of gradients and a light version as well that has the same issue. Is there an easier way to correct that?  

I am using the updated auto layout grid function to create a table component. I have noticed that when I put my table into a frame, I am no longer able to drag to select the cells within the grid. If I move the table outside of a frame or place it into a section, the drag to select begins to work again. Appreciate any help in getting this resolved. 

It’s been a few days that the “T” shortcut, when used over a rectangle or any other shape shortcuts to “Text on path” which creates a frustrating UX to anyone who uses shapes or backgrounds to delineate their design files.Please get rid of it or make it smarter—it makes no sense to want to throw a text onto a rectangle that is 5-6x the size of any of the mockups in a working file. Add some additional “CTRL” or “CMD” to access text on file please—it’s absurd for such a niche feature to takeover regular text insertion.Thanks.
