How can Enterprise teams track Figma Make (AI) credit usage and plan for future costs?

Hey Figma team and community wave,

I wanted to ask if anyone here has found a reliable way to monitor AI credit usage within Figma Make. Our team has started using Make quite heavily on the Enterprise plan, and while we know each full seat currently gets 4,250 credits per month, we haven’t been able to find any analytics or reporting within the admin interface.

A few specific things I’m wondering:

  1. Is there any current workaround or API access to view usage across the organisation?

  2. Have any Enterprise teams received usage summaries or reports directly from Figma Support?

  3. Does anyone have early insight or indicative pricing for when Figma starts allowing additional AI credit purchases (mentioned for 2026)?

I reached out to Figma Support and was told that there isn’t a way to track usage yet, and that credit overages aren’t enforced for full seats at the moment. I’d still love to hear how others are handling budget forecasting and usage visibility until more tools are released.

    I am having the same issue and haven’t been able to find any useful analytics via Figma admin view. I would like to know what is the monthly active users and credit usage over the span of last year. Just wondering if you have been able to find a workaround?

    I believe there is a resolution for this now. Admins on paid plans (including Enterprise) can track AI credit usage across their team or organization.You can see who used AI features and how many credits they’ve consumed using the AI credits usage page in the admin dashboard.     Thanks for replying! Yeah I have noticed this, but that does not provide any actionable metrics like MAU for the last year. Just very limited info. Have you been able to fulfil your budget forecast requirements via this view?

    Good question! Short answer. partially, but not fully. 

    The admin AI credits view helps with current visibility (who’s using AI and relative usage), but it doesn’t provide historical metrics like MAU, long-term trends, or exports, so it’s limited for proper annual forecasting.

    We’ve had to supplement it with manual snapshots and assumptions rather than relying on it alone.

    Would be great in the future to have a feature that allows you to add historical AI usage analytics (MAU + monthly credit trends) with export or API access.
