Illegal payment

I paid about $5 on March 11th and canceled the plan immediately because I wasn't using it much, but an additional $15.40 was withdrawn on April 11th. I didn't receive any notification, and since this is an unwanted charge, you shouldn't make illegal payments without asking for my consent.

Please issue a refund.

저도 똑같은 일을 당했습니다 분병 3월 11일에 달러 결제되었는데 갑자기 15달러 청구가 되었어요.
환불 받으려면 어떻게 해야하나요?

I'm not able to access billing details from this public space, but I can confirm you have a case open with our Product Support team. Your ticket number is: 1844028, and they'll follow up at the email tied to your Figma account.

Since you mentioned downgrading your account, the charge you're seeing may be prorated. This resource explains how that works: Upgrade or downgrade your plan → Downgrade or cancel your plan.
