Credits depleted after AI could not get the same thing right after 21 times!

​@Caamila, sorry to hear about the trouble with downloading your content. If pasting the file into Figma Design doesn't do the trick, here are a few more things that may help:

1. Steps leading up to the download: Could you walk me through a bit more in depth on what you were doing right before the download failed in Figma Make? Also, can you clarify what you were expecting to download — just the generated images for Instagram, or the full post layout?
2. The prompt and output: You mentioned getting the same result for 16 versions — could you share the exact prompt you used, and whether any error messages or unexpected output came up along the way (e.g. a blank screen or timeout)? A screenshot would be really helpful if you have one.
3. Alternative worth trying: For Instagram posts specifically, Figma Buzz might be a better fit. It has formatted templates designed for social content where you can use prompts to create image content. Once you've generated the posts, you can download by clicking Export (upper right corner) → Export asset. More information here: Create marketing assets in Figma Buzz.

On the credit side, I want to be upfront about how this works. Credits are consumed each time the system performs work in response to a prompt, including follow-ups used to refine results. If a prompt fully fails and no output is generated, credits aren't deducted — but if work was performed, they will be. More detail here: How AI credits work. That said, 16 attempts at the same task with no resolution is something we want to take a closer look at. The details you share here will help me raise this with the right team.

Thank you for your response. 

Prior to the download, I created 4 posts using AI. 

Once the posts were created to my specifications I requested for the files to be downloaded. (at version 6.)

Thereafter there was a constant error, unfortunately i do not have the error message. i have attached a few of the downloads that were created. intially it started with the download button not working for about 6 attempts. thereafter the attached were the files downloaded. Kindly have a closer look at this and revert back. As you can see these 16 attempts took up the credits, which again was not a something that should have happened.
