Hello, My school deactivated my email account and now I cannot login to Figma anymore. The mails arent forwarded to my email adress. Could anyone guide me on how to change the email address associated with my Figma account so that I can regain access?

need to change my account email address. its not working. the link i get in my new email says "sorry your link has expired or is malformed."

I keep running into a blocker where I add a png or screen from a different figma file into a new design file, try to eye drop a color from that file, then see a system blocker saying I need special permission to do that even though i’m sampling from within the figma window.

⚠️ The width(0) and height(0) of chart should be greater than 0, please check the style of container, or the props width(100%) and height(100%), or add a minWidth(0) or minHeight(undefined) or use aspect(undefined) to control the height and width.In Figma Make Preview (Web Builder Preview), there is an issue that a LineChart graph in ResponsiveContainer doesn’t appear with the issue above. However, the LineChart appears well and normally in mobile & desktop environments (from url) after I have published my project. How can I deal with this issue? I double checked my code of course.

My components with "while hovering" and "while pressing" variants (and interactions) are reverting back to the default values and icons when I'm interacting with them. I've tried viewing the prototypes within the Figma desktop app, as well as on Firefox, and on either cases this issue persists.Weirdly though, this only happens if I'm logged into Figma. Team,I am writing to report a high-priority issue regarding component property inheritance that is currently breaking multiple production design systems and mockups across our organization.The Issue: Boolean properties (specifically visibility toggles for icons/elements) that were previously set to "False" in child instances have spontaneously reverted to "True" across thousands of instances. Even after manually fixing the errors, the bug re-appears after DS instance update. Technical Observations:Scope:This is affecting instances across multiple files linked to a central library, despite no changes being made to the main components. Impact:All our flows are currently visually broken. This issue is costing us thousands of dollars in lost hours.Request:Please investigate if there was a recent deployment affecting the property override logic or the rendering engine. We need an immediate fix or a rollback of the recent update to restore the integrity of our design files  

 As you can see from my screen record, I have two images, both in the form of png. But I cannot figure out why the two would behave differently even though I haven’t messed around with the settings, and I want to know how to get consistent behavior, specifically I want both of my images to act like the second image where the image will follow and adjust with the size and not get cropped or zoomed in.

Figma is not working smoothly during basic interactions.Issues I am facing:- Copying text via keyboard causes jerky behavior; text selection jumps.- While prototyping, objects move unexpectedly.- Dragging frames often duplicates them instead of moving.- I frequently have to use Ctrl+X and paste as a workaround.This happens consistently and affects productivity.I have tried restarting and basic troubleshooting.Platform: WindowsApp: (Figma Desktop App / Browser—mention which one)File size: (large / medium) 

Any time I click outside of the library panel, the window closes. It’s extremely annoying! This is only happening in the latest Figma update. Other teams I’m in that haven’t received the update yet don’t have this problem.

There is a rather frustrating thing happening with nested instances and makes the use of components rather useless.When I apply values to a component instance which uses a nested instance of another component (see image to understand matrioska structure), and I change variant (in the example provided I change the item-block size inside list-item) the value in the final instance resets even if the name of the layers and the structure are the same.So Imagine now the final instance (card-with-content instance) used across multiple UIs and I decide to change the variant, I have to edit the overridden labels and icons everywhere because they will be reset. Image 1 - Overridden value in last instance Image 2 - Variant of item-block changed inside list-item but values are not preserved inside the last instance 

I don”t know what to do, I have a paid account and the figma app is not loading… a couple of days I updated my laptop but it was working ok, please help me I have work to do….

I've been having a very weird issue in Figma recently. When trying to move objects in a Frame it blocks me for some reason, but it does let me move around a couple of objects on the top. Objects outside of this frame are able to be moved freely. And if I move the order in the layers section then it works (the frame has auto layout on).Does anyone know why this is happening and how to resolve this issue? https://imgur.com/a/PKxFTs2

Hi,I'm a newbie with Figma and need help figuring out why my site is displaying differently online versus what it shows me in the view option in Figma Sites. The first screenshot is how Figma Sites shows me how it will look. It has already been published, so it is updated. The second screenshot is how it actually looks online. It adds a bunch of white space to the right. Instead of extending it across the screen. How can I fix this? Thank you for your help in advance.

Hi everyone,I’m using a personal Figma account. Recently, almost all of my Draft files disappeared from Drafts.They are not in Trash and don’t show up in Search (including is:unassigned).Some files can still be opened via direct links, but they show this message:“This is an unassigned draft file. Ask any admin to move it into a different project.”All of these files were created on my account.Important context: shortly before this happened, I transferred ownership of one team to another person. That team only had a few files I don’t need. All missing files were personal drafts, not related to that team.Questions: Has anyone experienced personal drafts becoming unassigned like this? Is there any way to recover or relink them without having direct links to every file? Can Figma Support restore drafts by account, not by file URLs? Any advice or similar cases would be really appreciated.Thanks!

Bug is simple, when you select the Pencil on the iPad to draw, it never shows which color is selected on the left or anywhere, so you are left guessing what will be the next color. P.S. I was just trying to report a bug on iPadOS but was sent here for support (WTF? I didn’t ask for support and now I am wasting even more time to tell you that your product is broken).

A shared team library file was deleted and restored from Team Trash. The file now opens but shows an infinite spinner and no canvas content. I am told it requires backend reindex/repair. Please escalate to engineering, and let me know if you need additional details. Thank you.

After a library update the review doesn’t work properly anymore in the connected files: When I open the review panel and click through all instances of a component, the preview of the first instance is shown on each page instead of the actual instance. But the button “Go to instance” guides me to the correct instance, so just the preview is wrong.It doesn’t seem to be a general problem as we don’t have the issue with all our libraries.The affected library file was rolled back in December to an older state of the file via the history.Could that be the reason? How can we solve it?

I have a plugin that iterates over a ComponentNodeSet. Here’s a short snippet:    const item = componentSetNode.children[ix] as ComponentNode;    const textNodes = item.findAllWithCriteria({ types: ["TEXT"] }); This worked until a few months ago, but now it is returning an array of zero length. I checked that the ComponentNode has the correct name, and it has several descendant TextNodes. This process has been very slow in the past, but now it just stopped working. So far I haven’t had any luck trying to figure out what’s wrong. Nothing’s changed in the code.
