Figma Charged Me Again After I Cancelled/Downgraded My Subscription

I had a Figma Professional plan from March 24 to April 24. After purchasing the plan, the subscription charge was deducted from my card. I then downgraded/cancelled the paid plan after the full month ended.

However, Figma has charged my card again, even though my team still shows as being on the Starter plan, not the Professional plan. I do not see any active paid subscription on my team, so I’m not sure what this new charge is for.

Please review my account and billing history, explain why I was charged again, and issue a refund if this charge was made by mistake. attaching the proof.

In the meantime, just to share a bit of context: after cancelling a Professional plan, access usually continues until the end of the current billing period. Sometimes charges can still appear if there were seat changes or prorated adjustments made before the cancellation fully took effect.
