URGENT: I was charged after cancelling my subscription

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with billing that I don’t understand.

I cancelled my subscription on time, however, I have still been charged. I am unable to access any billing settings to remove my payment method or properly manage the subscription.

At this point, I cannot even see or modify my billing information, which is very concerning.

I have contacted support and haven’t got any response on the matter yet.

 

Could you please:

  • Confirm whether my subscription is fully cancelled
  • Explain why I was charged after cancellation
  • Help me remove my payment method
  • Process a refund please

This situation feels misleading and frustrating, as I followed the correct cancellation steps.

In the meantime, just to share some general context: when a Professional plan is cancelled, access typically continues until the end of the current billing cycle. In some cases, charges can still appear if there were seat changes or prorated adjustments made before the cancellation fully took effect.
