Downstream service error

How do I get around this? I keep getting “downstream service error” while trying to generate an image and this had happened at least 4 times in a row. 4out of 5 times it only works now. I have reset my connection, opened and closed the tab, nothing seems to be working.

Hey ​@Christinesava, I can see that you’ve already submitted a support ticket (#1752887).

Just to clarify, is this happening within Weavy? If so, Weavy isn’t directly supported within the Figma at the moment, so their team would be best equipped to troubleshoot this specific error.

I’d recommend reaching out to support@weavy.ai so they can take a closer look at what’s causing this error on their end.

If this isn’t related to Weavy and it’s happening within Figma, please let me know.

I’m having this issue whenever I try to generate Seedance 2.0 videos.
