Please urgently complete the transfer for me, I need figma edu on my school account so that I can participate in Figma Edu’s hackathon since it is a requirement. 

Hello, I have already emailed education@figma.com and filed a support ticket without any help. I would like to know why I am unable to access education plan despite confirming with SheerID that my educator status has already been verified. Thanks.

Hello!I need help saving a Figma team that I lost access to but was the sole owner of. It has not yet been deleted.I created my original Figma account using my undergraduate school email. The school has since deleted that email and updated it to the alumni version. Mail does not forward between the deleted email and the current. Because the previous version no longer exists and I was signed in with Google, I cannot reset my password or re-enter that account.The account was on an education plan that had long since expired, but I intended to renew it as a personal plan eventually. I don’t know why or how I was signed out, but now I cannot get into the account. I can still see some of the links to projects that I had in open tabs, but if I try to go “Back to Files” from that page it goes to the new, empty alumni account.Because I can still access the projects I once had open and because on another account it is prompting me to move files from my old team, I have reason to believe the file

I graduated from my school and I lost access from the school Figma account. I cannot sign in at all, and all the tabs is still there but it’s showing error page. I have zero access to the school’s email address. This works fine for what's already placed on the canvas.However, my use case requires access to the full catalog of published components from team/org libraries — including components that haven't been used or instantiated in the current file. I have view-only access to these library files.From what I've found so far:figma.root.findAll() only returns nodes in the current file figma.teamLibrary.getAvailableLibraryComponentsAsync() was promising, but it only returns components that are already enabled/used — not the complete library There doesn't seem to be a way to enumerate all published components from an external library file within the plugin sandboxThe only working approach I've found is setting up a backend server that calls the Figma REST API (/v1/files/{key}/components) to fetch the full component list — but I'd prefer to avoid that complexity if possible.Que

Hi,I generated a landing page using Figma Make and I am currently working on version 59 of the file.However, when I try to access the generated code, the system displays the code from a previous version instead of the latest version (v59).Steps I’ve taken: Confirmed that I am on version 59 Opened the "</>" (Code) tab Performed a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R) Cleared cache and reloaded Despite this, the code does not update and continues to show an older version.

Hi, I used to be able to move objects by 10 pixels in any direction while holding the measure to selection button (option or Alt + Shift and move). But now when I do this, the object does not move anymore, but it shows measurements to objects which are further away. Did I activate this by accident? I want to be able to move 10 pixels while measuring.

Hi Figma team, I’m unable to access an existing Figma account that was created using Google Sign-In only. After migrating to Google Workspace and adding a custom domain, Google now resolves my original Gmail identity to my Workspace email. Because of this, Google Sign-In always logs me into a different account, and I can’t access the original account that contains my files. I believe this requires a manual account recovery or reassociation of the Google identity. I can verify ownership of both email addresses and the Workspace domain if needed. Thanks for your help.

I’m a student and my school is an approved bootcamp facilitator. Figma doesnt verify my student status though, after my school explicitly added my email through the verification proces in figma. They’ve asked for support there too with no response. There is nothing else they can do, since they did sent a request to figma. The administator urged me to post this question again here. Please help. It’s been a long time I cannot used the student plan.

Hi Figma team, I’m unable to use an existing Figma account that was upgraded through a student plan a couple of weeks ago. After migrating my email domain through Google Workspace, i have now logged in with a different email than was was used to verify student status. As a result, Figma has blocked my account, and it is in view-only mode.I have tried to fill out the application to student plan, but with no luck. I believe this requires a manual reassociation of the email. I can re-verify student status again if needed.Thanks for your help.

I’ve been using a Wacom tablet with Figma for a couple of years now. I use it as my default mouse that also helps me quickly sketch ideas with the Pencil tool. Since the release of the variable width stroke function I have been having some issues with the Pencil tool.I’m going to do my best to explain these issues below. If these should be split into different issues, please let me know if you want me to split these up. English is not my first language so I apologize for any errors.Summary of 3 issuesIssue 1: Selecting a different width profile while using the Pencil tool does not allow me to draw with it. It shows as if it is selected but does not change my actual width profile.Issue 2: Seemingly randomly Figma starts reflecting pen pressure and kind of creates its own width profile while drawing lines.Issue 3: Switching the width profile makes already drawn lines dissapear. Steps to reproduceIssue 1Open Pencil tool (Shift + P). I was working on the project and was almost complete. Then it started removing sections of my project that I’ve never asked it to do. I tell it to restore to the previous version. Then it tells me that it doesn’t have any previous files to restore to. It then asked me if I want to rebuild it. WTF? This Figma Make should have never been released. I feel like it should still be in beta testing.

I opened a ticket 3 weeks ago for downgrading my plan before the renewal on 27/02/2026 and I’m not able to speak with anyone for help.  And seems like I can only do it with the help of an assistant. Could you please reply to my tickets asap? Otherwise I will need to cancel definitively all my plan.

update since 5 minutes:: i am in contact with the support desk. ! (ticket: 1760410)--my account is deleted while i have not done this myself! I have paid all my invoices, but i received this mail and cannot access my figma since yesterday. you don’t tell me about this payment *One-time charges and credits* when i was purchasing the subsciptions, and in my 2nd month you have to add this hidden charger? what does its mean? why you are adding any charges in 2nd payment that you never explain at the time of subscriptions?

I recently purchased Figma. $200 level and ended up it is not the service that I need. It was one of the other site hosing subscriptions…I then deleted my account. Cannot request refund the way the online forms say. Can you help me out?

 I created my account with my university email when I was a student. I’ve since graduated and no longer have access to my school email. I still have my password but it’s asking for email verification which I cannot access. I would like to transfer the files I had in the account to my new one.

Hi community friends, is there a way to use Figma Make to generate iOS settings views based on either a sample Figma file with existing settings patterns, or an existing design system? My hope is to be able to either write down a list of settings labels and names in a text only format in the prompt box (Markdown, comma separated list, or anything like that), and have it pull together all the correct components for list cells, text labels, inputs, and controls based on a reference file.
