Unable to restore version

I asked Make to do some change and the result was not as I expected. I tried to restore previous version but it is not working and now I lost all my work.

You were trying to restore after running a prompt that produced results you did not like, correct?

Can you confirm what type of plan you are on? Is the team you’re working in on a starter plan?

How old is the version you are trying to restore?

Are you the owner of the file? I’m assuming yes, but please correct me if not.

Was the file recently moved to a different team?


If possible, could you share a quick recording of what happens when you try to restore from start to finish? There are some different reasons this can be triggered, and I’d like to try and narrow down the possibilities.

Hi,

I'm on Enterprise plan! I'm owner of the file and I tried to restore a version of twenty days before. I imported this file to another account, make some changes then imported back to this account. It that the problem?

Ah! Yeah that could possibly be the problem -- the movement from restoring > exporting > importing to a new account > importing it back to the original account (especially since this involves a Make file, and if the import was to an account that may not have been under an enterprise plan).

I think at this time, we’ll need to have someone on our support team to look into this further.
