Request to update Company Information on Invoice

Hi Figma Support Team,

I am writing to request an amendment to a previously issued invoice. I recently made a payment for my Figma subscription, but I missed adding the company details required for our internal accounting.

Could you please help me update the following invoice with our company information?

Old invoice ZL9ONPIJ-0001 to include:

  • Company name: WINCOMMERCE GENERAL COMMERCIAL SERVICES JSC
  • Tax ID: [redacted PII - DJV 5/7/2026]

Note: I attempted to update this myself in the Billing settings, but the "Company Name" field has a character limit that prevents me from including both our full company name and the Tax ID. Could you please ensure both are reflected on the reissued invoice?
