Here's how to cancel your Professional plan:
1. Open Figma in the browser or desktop app and locate your Professional team in the file browser sidebar 2. Click Admin 3. Select the Settings tab 4. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan 5. Select a cancellation reason and confirm
As for a refund, just a heads up that payments are generally non-refundable per Figma’s Terms of Service. That said, if you’d like to request one, you’ll need to reach out to our support team directly. They’ll be able to review your specific situation. You can contact them via the Support Hub , Type “Request a refund, contact agent” / Click Start a chat and select Enter
