안녕하세요 피그마 구독 취소를 원합니다. 해당 플렌 을 구독 갱신 이후 한번도 사용하지 않은 상황입니다.

더이상 구독 원하지 않고, 유료버전은 사용도 안하였습니다.

Here's how to cancel your Professional plan:

1. Open Figma in the browser or desktop app and locate your Professional team in the file browser sidebar
2. Click Admin
3. Select the Settings tab
4. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan
5. Select a cancellation reason and confirm

As for a refund, just a heads up that payments are generally non-refundable per Figma’s Terms of Service. That said, if you’d like to request one, you’ll need to reach out to our support team directly. They’ll be able to review your specific situation. You can contact them via the Support Hub , Type “Request a refund, contact agent” / Click Start a chat and select Enter
