Hi, team, I’m trying to access my Figma account. The log-in email is removed , somehow the  verification code is NOT getting through. I have a free user as removed. Maybe i can somehow switch? I dont wanna lose my projects and i need it today! I cannot verify the account and log in to my Figma. Could you help me get access to this account, or can I update my email address from your end?  I submitted allready requests. Thanks!

I am trying to recreate the "swap instances" example from the tutorial. However, the right-hand sidebar doesn't show a section labeled "Parent Component" or "INSTANCE," as seen in the tutorial. This is shown in the tutorial.  I don't have it.What am I doing wrong?

I started using Figjam because it is an approved system from the company. I painfully moved my work screenshot each image into the Figjam. And now all the images shows up BLANK. WTH. Is there a solution to fix this? Or is this a lost cause? If it is the latter I am NOT touching figma ever again. Wasted so much of my time and effort.

i reached out to support asking for the subscription plan to be downgraded prior to the new subscription bill being issued. no response, and still received a bill at the old tier. can you look into it. 3000 credits for now will suffice.

Hello,Before slots were introduced, I created placeholder components in my library and configured them to accept locally created replacements. This applies to modals, for example.Now that slots are available, I would like to switch from this method, but I’m concerned that doing so might cause issues for designers who use the replaceable component.Any tips?

Hello Figma Support!Could you please help me?We accidentally purchased a seat for the wrong team—an annual subscription. We need to fix this and move the seat to the correct team. This happened today, just a couple of hours ago. We don't need to cancel anything; we just need to get it set up correctly—removing the seat from one team and adding it to another.I contacted support via the form and have a ticket number: 1967696. However, I haven't received an email confirmation, and nothing shows up in my list of requests—even though the bot claims otherwise.

I sumbitted a support query over 24 hours ago, not 1 acknolwledgement. Seriously!(help.figma.com/hc/requests/1963091).

I upgraded from Starter to a Collab seat and was charged €43.56.While trying to publish a Figma Site, I selected Continue on a prompt and then saw a projected invoice with a €161 billing adjustment, which appeared to trigger a Full seat upgrade requirement.I immediately canceled because I only wanted to publish my portfolio website.I am trying to confirm whether the €161 billing adjustment will be removed and whether my account is currently on a Collab seat or if any Full seat upgrade was applied.I would also like to confirm what is required to publish a Figma Site and connect a custom domain for a personal portfolio website.I raised a ticket with the AI support a few days ago but received no email confirmation and no reply. From a UX perspective, this experience is terrible in terms of transparency and billing clarity:No clear warning that you're about to incur a much larger charge. No email confirmation of the support ticket. No ticket number visible. I am stuck talking to an AI loop

Has been happening for a while now. Some designs just break the preview into checkerboard chunks and randomise them. Thought it was due to the Glass effect but nope. Some pages work absolutely fine, but most just garbled. App is pretty much unusable now.  

Inclusive Sans should have 10 combinations of weight and style, see: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Inclusive+Sans But when I try to use it in Figma, only the ‘Regular’ and ‘Italic’ options are shown (screenshot attached).How do I fix this?

I am facing confusion about Figma AI CreditsI use full seat plan on a monthly basis and previously in Admin section there used to be a separate section which showed how much credits has been used but now figma has made some changes in the plan and I am not able to see the status here which is confusing.Should I pay more to get AI credits? Or am I getting those 3000 credits which I used to get, since I am on full seat planned. Will I be charged if I use agentic AI within the Figma canvas? Or is it just for Figma make? Here it says people using AI credits ?Can someone help because when I have used inline agentic AI within the figma canvas there has not been any use of tokens?

i got the an email from announcements@figma.com with the confirmation : “We wanted to let you know that you are now in the beta for Figma’s new AI agent.” But still agent is not available and no update available also. What am i missing here …? (My connected Figma account is the right one)

I was in a make file earlier today testing out a solution another team member was working on and it looks like we have both been charged for the work that they were doing.It looks like I’ve spent 1k credits today after only being able to find one prompt worth 180 tokens recorded against it.Update:I started the month (27th 1258) with 10.5k tokens to myself but have noticed that it now reads that we are sharing 7.5K tokens within the company.

This is a strange one. See the attached video for an example of what is happening.I have a white label design system with the “brands as modes” approach. In the example video, I have applied 3 different brand’s modes to the 3 different sections. When I copy/paste directly into a frame of a brand with a darker colored navigation bar surface color (which uses inverted variants of the navigational buttons), the label for some reason resets. Both the regular and the inverted variants of the original button component has the same text property applied to the label. As you can also see, if I drag it directly from a frame into the “inverted” brand, the label stays intact.Bug?

Using Montserrat Semi-Bold font in the example but have see it on other fonts too.Set vertical trim is to Cap height to baseline. The bottom of some letters that extend beyond the bottom border of the box are cut off. The tops are not cut off.See screenshot. 

Hello, i leaved a team and afterwards, a lot of my drafts disappeared. I found out that this is probably because they were located in the teams draft. The team is on the free/starter plan, so I cannot see or restore them myself—even now that I have access to the team again.Is there a way (other than upgrade the plan just for that) to restore them or can the support restore them either directly to my drafts or to the teams drafts area? Thanks!
