Can't see screen in presentation mode when device selected

I am currently trying to follow along with a presentation and trying to present my prototype, but when I do I only get a device with a blank screen. If I click somewhere it’ll show me what I can click highlighted in blue on the phone screen, but it just remains black. I have my fill at 100% opacity and it is white.

This is what it looks like if I have no device selected.

With a device selected it looks like this. If I click anywhere in the presentation screen it’ll highlight blue where the buy and sell buttons are located in the last picture, but won’t display anything.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
