И сегодня делала карточку. Добавила шрифт, и поняла что не отображается мои шрифтыЯ уже сделала уйму вариантов как исправить ситуацию. Но ничего не помогает.Буду ждать обратной связи.Заранее спасибо!

I’ve spent most of my credits for the month attempting to fix a small problem in a make prototytpe. After each update the AI claims to have solved the issue, but has not done so. After explaining that the issue has not bee addressed, and providing screenshots, etc. the AI appears to repeat the same steps that have just failed. When provided with screenshots of the frontend, or console output, the AI repeatedly hallucinated things that weren’t in the screenshots and proceeded to work ahead based on those hallucinations, wasting more credits.

Issue SummaryI'm experiencing severe performance issues in a Figma Make file that has accumulated naerly 700 context versions. The file frequently freezes, becomes unresponsive, and consumes credits at an unusually high rate, making it nearly impossible to continue working.What I've Tried- Using the desktop app instead of the browser (still laggy)  - Clearing cache and performing hard refreshes  - Avoiding large batch prompts – the problem persists  Root Cause (Suspected) The excessive number of Make conversation versions appears to be the main bottleneck. I understand that users cannot manually delete version history, and the current file size (or context length) is causing the editor to struggle.My Requests  1. I have created full function POS software in Figma Make. I am very impressed with capability. However last few weeks this App is not being build (No UI is rendered). Any effort to reach the support has not been of any help. Yes, I can still create new App which tells me my configuration etc are fine.   Is anyone else facing similar kind of problem?

I am working in a file that was created by another designer. I am trying to add a background pill to a text grid and I can’t get the pill to go behind the text. From the file menu I can see that all of the components previously created are dragged from the component library so they are all purple. I’ve tried several options, but not having success. Nothing is locked.

Dear Figma Support Team,I am having an extremely unpleasant and stressful experience. I’m on the professional plan, and after purchasing additional credits multiple times, the balance continues to drain rapidly, even though I hardly use any AI features. Most disturbingly, I recently added 5,000 credits, but only about 1,500 were actually used with my awareness. Despite that, I see a huge drop in credits every single day, even when I’m not making any changes. In fact, 1,340 credits were consumed on a simple layout fix that I never expected to use any AI. Most of the time, Figma doesn't even make any visible changes after these actions, yet credits keep draining. This is now preventing me from accessing my designs, and my work is completely stuck.This is a huge disruption, and I need immediate clarification and resolution. After I paid for my team’s subscription, we decided to not use Figma anymore and deleted our account. Despite this, my card was charged today, and I did not authorize this transaction. I want a refund! 

Hello,I bought the professional plan and I’m unable to see the right panel to export figma slides. I’m in dev mode but still. I comtacted Figma 2daya ago and called this morning for assistance and uptill now no response. I need the slides ASAP. Please help!

I’m trying to use figma-use / Codex MCP tools to create a design directly inside a specific Figma file and node.Sometimes the tool can read the node metadata and sees it as an empty canvas. But when it tries to continue with the required design context step, get_design_context fails with a generic error.Because of this, the integration can partially detect the file, but it cannot actually write or generate the design on the canvas.What I need help with:How to make get_design_context work reliably with an open Figma design file Whether this is a known issue with Figma MCP / plugin integration / Codex desktop connection 

All of my community resources are suddenly dissapear from figma community resources. just a weeks ago it was still there, I am screenshooting my Your week on Figma Community as a prove. Where I can found my resources and i want to get it back because there is some conversation there as well? can anyone help me? 

For some reason I’m unable to add, delete, or edit my projects on my iPad. I’m not sure if this is just an iPad thing or not because I’m away from my desktop. Also I’m aware that you have to be the project owner in order to be able to have edit capabilities which I should have because I’m the only one that’s on this project. Any thoughts?

Auto-filling slot containersIs there a way for an instance added to a slot to automatically fill the slot container? For example, when I insert a row component into the slot, it keeps its fixed width instead of expanding to fill the slot.Selecting a preferred instance variantWhen setting a preferred instance for a slot, it seems like I can only select the base component—not a specific variant. Is there currently a way to choose a specific variant as the preferred instance?The only workaround I can think of is breaking that variant out into its own component, but that feels like it defeats the purpose of variants.Am I missing something in how slots are intended to work, or are these current limitations?

HI I get subscription in December, but it charged until now. And I thought I cancelled the subscription in Febuary and delted all my account information. But why they charge me over $ 80. I need to get refund my money. Please check it as soon as possible.

Hi Figma Team,I am reporting a severe bug with Figma Make that resulted in a completely hallucinated design and the unfair loss of ~250 AI credits on my Professional plan.I attempted to generate a specific dashboard ("v3 / dashboard") using my "Caregiver Web Portal" design system. Despite attaching my local library and providing explicit rules in Guidelines.md, the AI failed completely.The Issues: Ignored Libraries & Guidelines: The tool completely ignored my attached components and explicit styling rules, hallucinating an entirely different and unusable UI. Server Crashes: I hit multiple "Model is overloaded" errors and endless Vite preview engine spinners. Massive Credit Drain: One single incorrect generation cost me 172 credits. In total, I have lost nearly 250 credits to these bugs and server failures. My Ask: Please investigate why Figma Make is ignoring attached libraries, and I am formally requesting a refund of the ~250 credits wasted by these system failures.Evidence A

When I switch variables, the component instance resets to the default item. I hope that when switching variables, only the component size is changed, and the icons and text called by the component instance are retained. How should I adjust this? However, I found that if the component instance is separated, the component instance can be retained when switching variables. Has anyone else encountered the same problem?
