Make not working

Hey ​@Tamanna_dev15, thanks for reaching out! This message usually points to something failing at the preview/build step, so let's start with a few steps that tend to help:

1. Click Refresh preview at the top of the preview window.
2. If that doesn't clear it, refresh the whole page and prompt the model again.
3. Try duplicating the Figma Make file and continue prompting in the copy to see if the issue follows it.
4. If you're on a specific browser, try loading the file in a different one (or the desktop app) to rule out anything local.

If none of these clear it up, I'd like to take a closer look at the specific file, but I'm not able to view files here on the forum. Could you head over to our Support Hub and submit a support ticket? Once you're there, share the link to the affected file and grant "Can view" access to support-share@figma.com. That'll let the team reproduce it and dig into what's happening behind that error ID.
