I’m currently facing an issue while trying to add more credits to my Figma account. Despite multiple attempts, I’m unable to complete the process successfully.

To help me understand what’s going on, could you share a bit more about where you’re getting stuck? What do you see when you try to add credits? If possible, could you share a screenshot or screen recording? That would help me take a closer look. Also, please let me know if the option to purchase credits isn’t appearing at all.
In the meantime, here’s a quick overview of how adding credits works:
Team admins can purchase additional credits through an ongoing subscription at the plan level, and those credits are shared across the team. If you’re an admin, you can add credits by going to:
Admin settings → AI credits → Manage credits, and adjusting your ongoing credit subscription there.
If you’re not an admin, you won’t be able to purchase credits directly, but you can:
• Use the “Request credits” option in the AI balance menu to notify your admin
• Request an upgrade to a Full seat, which includes more credits (if you’re currently on View/Collab/Dev)
• Or wait for your credits to reset in the next cycle
