To help me understand what’s going on, could you share a bit more about where you’re getting stuck? What do you see when you try to add credits? If possible, could you share a screenshot or screen recording? That would help me take a closer look. Also, please let me know if the option to purchase credits isn’t appearing at all.
In the meantime, here’s a quick overview of how adding credits works:
Team admins can purchase additional credits through an ongoing subscription at the plan level, and those credits are shared across the team. If you’re an admin, you can add credits by going to:
Admin settings → AI credits → Manage credits, and adjusting your ongoing credit subscription there.
If you’re not an admin, you won’t be able to purchase credits directly, but you can:
• Use the “Request credits” option in the AI balance menu to notify your admin
• Request an upgrade to a Full seat, which includes more credits (if you’re currently on View/Collab/Dev)
• Or wait for your credits to reset in the next cycle

It looks like you’ve already purchased and used up your current AI credit add-on. I can see why trying to grab an extra 1k feels like the next step here.
At the moment, though, additional credits aren’t added incrementally. You’d need to move up to a higher tier (like 5k, 10k, or 15k total credits for the month) to get more.
Would you mind trying one of those higher tiers and letting me know if the “Confirm” button is still disabled? That’ll help narrow down whether something else might be going on.

I have a quick question regarding Figma Make credits.
I'd like to purchase additional credits, but only for one month, not for an annual subscription. The confirmation screen isn't very clear, so I'm not sure whether I'll be charged for just one month or for the entire year.
I only need 1,000 additional credits for this month. Could you please confirm whether this purchase is billed monthly or annually?
