I submitted my plugin for review on March 8th, and as of today (March 27th) I still haven't received any feedback from the Figma team. No approval, rejection, or requests for changes.That's over 20 days of waiting, while the submission form indicated a turnaround of 5-10 business days.Could anyone share how long the review process is currently taking? Is this wait time normal right now, or should I follow up somewhere specific?

I’m working on a prototype of a website to purchase tickets for events, and I have the checkout process set up like this:Go to ‘Schedule’,Select the show (in this case, the show for ‘Mello Quake’),Select ‘Add To Cart’, which redirects you to your cart.Note: When adding to cart, this toggles a “Cart” variable to be set to “True”, which will change the ‘Add to Cart’ button to a variant that reads “View in Cart”. Both buttons have an animated hover state.From there, you are able to empty the cart by making the counter in the cart go to ‘0’. A pop up will appear as a warning, letting you know that this will empty the cart, and ask the user if that’s what they want to do. When testing this, I have been hitting “Yes” to empty the cart. I thought the AI worked for designs as well, just like https:sleek.design, but unfortunately for me, what is made, can’t be edited on Figma Design. How do I cancel this subscribtion. It’s been taking almost £22 from my account monthly - no matter what I do.Many thanks.Abe

When iterating with UI changes with Figma Make, I have to constantly copy either the zip file over to my IDE or manually copy the code changes.Is there anyway I can have my account connected on Cursor and prompt Figma via Cursor chat so it can directly make changes to my codebase.Thanks!

Hi all,I’m running into an issue with Smart Animate that seems to be a recent regression. I’ve used Smart Animate successfully across multiple components in my file, and everything was working fine in Present mode until this past week.Now, some animations that used to work perfectly are either:• Not playing at all, or• Playing incorrectly (e.g. jumpy, incomplete, or skipping interpolation)Here’s what I’ve found through troubleshooting:• The animations still work when I isolate the animated component and test it on its own.• They break only when nested inside more complex parent components (which contain other nested instances).• Detaching the parent instance or simplifying the nesting restores the expected animation behaviour.• Clearing Figma’s cache and restarting the app had no effect.• I haven’t changed anything in the component structure that would explain this — it genuinely seems to have br

Hello Brains Trust, I am stuck.I am trying to get a navigation bar's scroll position to stay at the top of a frame (a prototype website) as one scrolls down. I want the nav bar to be visible at all times, even when scrolled all the way to the bottom of the page - but it just won't. I have done every step recommended:Select the navigation bar instance in the Home frame. In the Prototype tab, select Sticky from the Position menu. Open the Auto layout settings, and make sure Canvas stacking is set to First on top. I’m having an issue with slots and the way it doesn’t seem to inherit changes through variants. I have created it like this where there are 5 breakpoint layouts using the a single component throughout. Breakpoints: sm, md, lg, xl, xxl.  The way i’ve structured it is by having a slot space (called “Slot list”) and inside of it i’ve added another slot called “Slot row” and inside there’s 4 individual components. The idea is to be able to add a list that can include one or several rows inside of it and also have different amount of columns in each row (eg. showing 2, 3 or 4 components). Now if i create an instance of this block i can easily like always change breakpoint in the properties panel and it works fine. However if i make any change in any of the components and try switching breakpoint it breaks down. It won’t change to the correct breakpoint layout and only change the width/other aspects. Hello! I have submitted Figma plugin for the review, but I did not get any confirmation email or any communication it went through. I saw in the docs it says 5-10 days, but I am not sure if it got received correctly?Also, another question, I just found out there is another plugin that is called Framify (which was published a month ago), would that be a good reason to deny my plugin, because it’s also called same name? I wonder if I would have to redo everything, or how would people be able to differentiate? Any recommendations, suggestions?  Here are the screens for my plugin. 

I am being invited to view a file, but when I click accept, it says it is restricted. This has happened with three different files for one of my co-workers. An outside organization is sending us access to view, but when we click accept in our email, it still says restricted. I have clicked " ask to be added,” and I have asked the other organization, but they are not getting emails that I am doing this. My email is correct, and I have cleared my cache. I have double checked that they have sent view access and they have done all the same steps for my manager and he has no issuing accessing the files. But me and my co-worker do, we have done everything on our part but there is clearly a Figma issue. This has been going on for 2 weeks.

Hi all,I’m currently updating and simplifying my button library. At the moment, the leading and trailing icons are set up as separate variants of the button, which means I have to manage them across all states (default, hover, active, disabled).To improve this, I’m trying to use the new slots update so I can combine everything into a single component - using one slot that includes two icons and a text element - rather than relying on multiple icon variants.However, I’m running into an issue:When I edit the button layout (for example, moving or removing an icon) and then switch the button to a different state, the colours of the icons and text don’t update - they stay the same.I’ve set up variables to handle global colour changes across the buttons, but these don’t seem to apply correctly to elements inside the slots when switching between states (default, hover, active, disabled).Does anyone know how I can ensure the colours of element

My bottom navbar disappears in prototype view mode whenever I set it to “Fixed(Stay in place)”. I want the navbar visible during scrolling.

Hi everyone.I’m new to Figma and UI/UX design. I’m trying to make a feature table for a product. I made the table which consists of 2 columns and 8 rows and it’s an Autolayout. When I set the width of the cells to “fixed”, the table is responsive to resizing but when adding text to the cell, parts of the text appear out of the frame. Setting the width to “hug content” fixes this issue but this pushes the cells out of the frame and also the table is no longer responsive to resize. Please help :’) 

I have been using Figma make for a project and its actually been great, but for the last week (started Monday, currently Friday) I have been getting the same error message! I have plenty of credits.  I have installed the app, restarted my router, called my internet people, logged a help desk reqeust and still no luck. I see a few other people have had the same problem, but there was no solution posted, it just started magically ‘working again’… so I’m hoping this post is the bit of magic I need to get cracking on with my project. 👯 

I’m using a popover component with a slot. One of the items inside the slot is a fixed-height auto-layout container with a list of items. I want this list to overflow:scroll vertical, however, the prototype scroll options are disabled. I tried nesting this in a new frame and the scroll options are disabled for this new frame as well.I’m trying to avoid breaking the original component and utilize the slot. Is scrolling only preserved for the slot itself or can you embed scrollable items within a slot?Here’s a video showing more detail:  

Hi everyone,I used to copy an image (Ctrl+C from browser or local folder) and then paste it (Ctrl+V) directly into an image component in Figma - like for cards or avatar images - and it would automatically replace the image.But recently, this no longer works. When I try pasting, nothing happens. Now Figma only shows options like “Upload from computer” or “Make an image” (screenshot attached).I’m wondering: is this a recent change or bug in Figma?Is there still a way to paste an image directly into a component without having to upload it manually?Thanks in advance!
