Hi everyone,I'm having trouble reverifying my Figma Education status and hoping to get advice or assistance from support/community members who have faced a similar issue.I submitted the required documentation to confirm my current enrollment, but my application was rejected, and I have now reached the maximum number of automated submission attempts via SheerID.Documents Submitted:School ID: Provided (note: my university does not print expiration dates on physical IDs, which SheerID lists as an unacceptable standalone document).Certificate of Registration: Submitted for the current semester showing my active student status, full name, and institution details.Tuition Receipt: Submitted to show proof of payment and current term enrollment.Despite providing official documents showing my active enrollment for this term, the automated system flags the attempt as insufficient or expired, likely due to the lack of an expiration date on the ID card itself.
Hello,I accidentally deleted an important Figma design file. First, I moved it to Trash, and then I permanently deleted it from Trash by mistake. The file contained important work and was deleted accidentally. Could a Figma Support Specialist please confirm whether any recovery options, internal backups, archives, or retention systems are available for this file?Thank you very much for your assistance.File Name: TestStudio
From my previous question I now know how to transfer or merge an existing two plans (Professional plan merge or transfer to Organization plan) into one from this article: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/10250387712407-Transfer-a-folder-or-team-to-a-different-account#h_01J5BDVCA0XT1PX6B4AB30PZRZBut I still have some few questions: Does the seat transfer from the Pro Plan to the Org Plan also include Collab and Dev Seats? What happens to the existing Pro Plan after the migration? Since the team folders, seats, and team members will be transferred to the Org Plan, we do not anticipate any further need for the Pro Plan. Our primary objective is to fully consolidate everything under the Org Plan. How will the billing work for the additional seats once they are transferred to the Org Plan? The files on the Draft folder of a team member, will that be transferred as well? in the migration process to the Org plan from Pro plan
Hi,Can I create multiple auto layouts at the same time?I want to put icons next to each other in horizontal auto layouts without having to dig my way through 150 rows manually. Any help would be greatly appreciated :) Thank you
Why is this menu here? Why can’t I close it? If it’s supposted to be there (it’s not), why can’t I move it?I want to work on the icon behind the menu, but after asking a completely useless agent for help I can’t even see the icon.
Hi!Hi!I just updated Figma (126.8.18) and now I have huge problems with simply copying and pasting objects, images, icons or text. When I copy and paste an object (on the left) in to a folder (see dark box on the right) it completely breaks the properties and decimal values. It stretches images and the auto width text feature breaks too and is set to Fixed size with a random / broken decimal value. It happens across all Figma projects. I’ve reset Figma and restarted the application and Mac.Help / Troubleshooting / Reset Figma and RestartCan anyone help?Thanx / F
Hi guys,I’ve been trying to figure out a solution for this for the past few days, but I can’t seem to find one. Maybe Figma isn’t capable of doing this yet, but I wanted to check if anyone has found a workaround.I’m working on a PWA that supports three languages: English, Sinhala, and Tamil. I have two main screen sizes: Desktop and Mobile. What I’m trying to achieve with Figma Variables is something like this:Screen size: Desktop / Mobile Language: English / Sinhala / TamilIdeally, I want Desktop and Mobile to be one set of modes, while the language selection works independently across both screen sizes.Since both Desktop and Mobile use the same three languages, I don’t want to create combinations like Desktop-English, Desktop-Sinhala, Mobile-English, Mobile-Sinhala, etc. The screen size collection is defined on Base. Base uses the two collections as variablesthis two uses the Mobile and Desktop collections as varibales each containing three varibale modes for the 3 languages.Mobile co

Hi everyone,I’m running into a unexpected visual discrepancy while working on a redesign for a web application — a concrete volume and material estimating tool located at https://concretecalculatorz.com/.I exported several UI components, form controls, and custom visual elements from our live environment to rebuild and test interactive prototypes directly inside Figma. However, as soon as I import the assets into my Figma canvas, the colors, contrast, and subtle drop shadows appear slightly altered — specifically looking a bit unsaturated or washed out compared to how they render natively in the browser. Here is what I’ve tested to resolve it so far: Re-exported the assets using different file formats (sRGB PNGs vs SVGs). Toggled Figma's color profile settings between sRGB and Unmanaged (Display P3). Verified browser rendering across both Chrome and Safari to rule out local monitor display profiles. Has anyone run into this type of color shift or contrast loss when bringing web UI el
I’m seeing two Figma icons side by side in the macOS menu bar:• The icon with a black background opens a Starred / Recent menu.• The white outline icon opens the All notifications panel. My versions are macOS 27.0 (26A428) and Figma 126.8.18. A process check showed only one main Figma app process running.I’m not sure when this started or whether it is related to an update. Is this expected behavior or a known issue? Is there a way to keep just one menu bar icon while retaining access to both sets of features? The three screenshots below show both icons, the black-background icon’s Starred / Recent menu, and the white outline icon’s All notifications panel. Private content has been blurred.
I’m creating a prototype in Figma and need the native navigation arrows that appear when viewing it on mobile to follow a specific order between the frames (01 → 02 → 03 → 04...). The frames are already named and organized in this order, but the arrows are not following this sequence. Is there a native Figma setting that allows me to define the navigation order for these arrows, without having to manually create an interaction between each frame?Meu problema é exatamente este aqui:
Is there any way to trigger opening a plugin or auto-start a plugin in Figma? For context, we have a project that requires opening, updating, exporting, closing different Figma document automatically. Each time a Figma document is closed the updater plugin is closed. Any time a document is opened, the plugin needs to be manually opened again. So this would break the whole automation. Looks like 3 years ago someone asked this question and the answer was no at the time: I similarly asked a year ago if auto-start plugins was possible, but at the time they weren’t: Are there any other ways like deeplinks or CLI commands to trigger opening a Figma plugin, or alternatively, any way to keep a plugin open between document open / close states. Ideally with Figma Desktop, but we could work with Figma web as well if it’s possible there. Also, simulating the keyboard shortcut for “Open Last Plugin” isn’t reliable since the user could have opened a different plugin in between. Thanks so much
Hi,We are launching a website using Figma Sites and would like, if possible, the text in the 'manage cookie preferences' settings modal for cookie consent to be tweaked to be slightly more similar to how we say this elsewhere. Does anyone know whether this text can be adjusted? Thanks
My account is already verified as an education plan from last year, But now I have to renew my plan, whenever I submit my same document which I submitted last year, So they said its not enough send us more document. Hi there, anyone know how we can get Figma to engage with us on access issues to Figma Make?
We currently have an existing Figma Professional Plan and would like to merge it into our existing Organization Plan. Is it possible to migrate all associated assets, including files, projects, folders, team structure, and assigned seats, from the Professional Plan to the Organization Plan without losing data, permissions, version history, or user access? What is the recommended process to ensure a seamless transition while retaining ownership and collaboration settings?
Hi Figma Team! 👋I registered individually for the Figma India in-person event along with my design team. Most of my teammates have been selected to attend, but unfortunately, my registration wasn’t selected this time.I’d really love to be there with my team, connect with the design community, and learn from the sessions in person. I completely understand that seats are limited, but if there are any cancellations or additional seats available, I’d be grateful if you could consider my request for a seat.Would really appreciate the opportunity to join my team at the event. Thank you! 🙌
I’ve been trying to edit some boostrap components to make a website site for a cilent for a few days and have no idea how this works. Why is everyhting in figma so hard? Why do I change so many things and nothing changes? Why do people enjoy using this wird program? Am I just a photoshop dinosaur?

Hi Figma Support Team,I am using a Figma Professional plan, and I am facing an issue with my account sessions.Whenever I log in to my Figma account on my second laptop, it automatically logs me out of my first laptop. I then have to log in again on the first laptop.I am also seeing the message “Some of your sessions were logged out” when this happens. I have attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference.Could you please help me understand why this is happening and provide a solution? I need to use my Figma Professional account on both laptops without being logged out repeatedly. Please let me know if there are any account settings or security steps I need to change to resolve this issue. To clarify, I am using the same Figma account/email on both laptops. I am not switching between different Figma accounts. The issue is that when I log in to my Figma account on my second laptop, my existing session on my first laptop gets logged out automatically. I then have to log in aga

Hey everyone I wanted to share my workflow for designing SEO-optimized landing pages in Figma, something I’ve been refining while working with clients here in Nepal.A lot of designers focus purely on visuals, but I’ve learned that small design decisions can directly impact rankings, page speed, and conversions. Here’s a simplified version of my process:1. Start with search intent (not design)Before opening Figma, I map out: Target keywords User intent (what they actually want) Competitor page structure This helps me design pages that match what users are searching for, not just what looks good.2. Structure comes firstInside Figma, I focus on layout hierarchy: Clear H1 section (above the fold) Logical content flow (H2, H3 sections) Scannable layout (short sections, spacing, visual breaks) Basically, making it easy for both users and search engines to understand.3. Design for speedI try to avoid: Heavy images Unnecessary animations Overcomplicated components Instead, I design
