I waited a long time for my figma to be updated, but even after April 30, when it became available to all users, I unfortunately have this picture, what should I do? Thank you
I tried reinstalling, it doesn't help

Hey @Arseniy Chigrakov, thank you for reaching out!

Currently, AI features and settings are only enabled for those under a paid subscription, as the feature is now a paid part of Figma since it is no longer in beta. You’re on the Education plan and AI features and settings will not be enabled for users who are a part of an Education plan.

If you’d like to explore these tools, I’d recommend considering our Professional subscription. With this plan, you'll gain access to the AI features, unlimited files, and additional design and collaboration tools.

For more information on Figma AI and who can access the feature, please see the Help Center article: About Figma AI

I saw that you also reached out to our support team (Ticket #1384838). Since I’m responding to you here, I’ve gone ahead and closed the support ticket to keep everything in one place.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

I wrote you a letter that I am on a course and ask to provide a full version of Figma for the duration of the training, as far as I understand, I was approved but I did not receive the full version? Since my classmate has AI features but he is on the same student program as me. So it turns out that it is somehow selectively given to some students and not to others?

Hey @Arseniy Chigrakov, to clarify, the Education plan is a free version of Figma’s Professional plan (Paid plan) for student and educators. However, AI features in Figma are currently only available to users on paid subscription plans. Unfortunately, this means that even with the Education plan, those AI tools aren’t included.

This is a permanent limitation of the Education plan. It’s possible that your classmate might be using a separate account that’s on a paid plan, which would explain why they have access to the AI tools.

I hope this clears things up a bit!

I heard you, ok, it's not a tragedy, thank you very much)

Hello, I have a training plan, but AI functions are available, I don't have any other accounts, screenshots below

Hey @David Ryazanov, thanks for sharing the screenshot! I checked internally with the team, and it looks like you were part of an early rollout where some users on the education plan were granted access to Figma’s AI features. You happened to get lucky! That said, it is not possible to grant any more users on the education plan access to it anymore.

Hope this clarifies your question!
