How can I make a footer in my Figma prototype that stays at the bottom while scrolling but does not cover the page’s main footer?

I am looking for a reliable way to export your Outlook calendar entries to Excel for easier analysis, reporting, or backup? Have you noticed that Outlook’s manual export often misses important details or creates formatting issues? If so, have you tried using the PST Migration Tool, which preserves all calendar fields and supports smooth, bulk conversions? Did the tool help you maintain data accuracy and save time while exporting large or multiple calendars? If you’ve used it, we’d love to hear your experience. Would you recommend the PST Migration Tool to others looking for a dependable Outlook-to-Excel solution?

 I have a full seat in our Org’s professional plan. We were expecting that Full seat would automatically have access to Dev mode too. But when I try to turn on Dev mode, I see “We’ve sent a reminder about your Dev Mode request to you team admins.”, for the first time I did get a 3-day peek of Dev Mode, but now this is what I see every time. What more is to be done here? Our Admin is also confused as my seat is already Full seat which supposedly have access to Dev mode in Professional plan.

Chrome version 142 will enable the Local Network Access policy, aka LNA (https://developer.chrome.com/blog/local-network-access). This will prevent plugins published within your organization from working because LNA requests within iframes will be restricted.The LNA policy will take effect on October 28, 2025. To experience the LNA policy: In Chrome, input chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check and enable the flag.  Is there any way to solve this problem?----Maybe this is a way to slove it, but plugin iframe is controlled by Figma.

During Figma Schema 2025 they announced upcoming support for extended variable collections and native variable export/import conforming with the DTCG token specification.It was announced during this session: Here is a screenshot of what they were proposing:An update to the app dropped a few days ago with extended collections but I cannot find how to export variables to JSON (without using a plugin).I don’t have the “Export modes” option in my dropdown menu, even with our Enterprise account.Has anyone got that feature and how do you do it?

I got quite far into developing a project in Figma Make before I found out that you cannot go from Figma Make to Figma Design. (Brutal. When I opened Figma Make I didn’t even realize it was a coding tool. Naturally, I assumed it was for prototyping.) I tried a workaround based on exporting the Make project and using an HTML-to-Figma plugin, but the Make project doesn’t appear to have HTML files built in.Has anyone discovered any good workarounds for this?

Hi eveyrone,I’ve started by drafting/prototyping in Figma Make, and have moved things forwards really quickly. I’d now like to move the screens into more of a workable space where I can see/edit all screens to take them from initial concept to my own specific design and see noodles linking screens together. Do you know if it’s possible to move the files across? Or am I better taking screenshots and starting from scratch? 

I have an odd quirk happening in just one Figma file. I’m using Figma in the browser as I need to share work with US based collaborators and I’m based in the UK. Every time I click on an object using a regular left click, I get a tiny “Paste” command in a  box next to the cursor. When I click again to get rid of it and release the click, I get a blue selection box which won’t go away until I click again. I’ve no idea how to stop this after checking Prefs etc and Googling the issue. Figma is working fine and doesn’t do this in other files in tabs in the same browser. Sorry, I tried to edit the title to correct the mistakes but I wasn’t allowed to. Any help appreciated, thanks.

When I copy any Figma frame using Cmd+Shift+C (copy as png), it gives a message “copied as png” but when I try to paste it in google slides, it doesn’t work. As if there’s nothing in the clipboard. Tried clearing the clipboard still doesn’t work.

If my Figma design file is very big and starts to run slowly, what can I do to make it faster?

Hi!We are currently investigating a way to use the same design system for all our different sub-brands (as they have a lot in common). To do this, we have created a small working group where I am one of the members.The result will be some kind of POC where we want to prove the concept of having a core library with shared components and then having a local design file for each brand where all the styling is applied.I would therefore need some help in getting an important feature for us (I have both googled and used various AI chats, but have not been able to get it right). You mentioned that we now have access to a higher level of support through the Enterprise license.Right now we are using a free version of Shadcn as a basis (Core). That is where we have all the basic components (buttons etc.) and also our own custom components that will be inherited in the local brand files. The same goes for variables, we have all the built in shadcn/tailwind variables

I’m suddenly unable to edit any text layers in Figma, across all files, pages, and even brand new files—affecting both my main and secondary accounts.This has been posted by someone else previously BUT the fix that worked for them does not work for me.Please help, I have clients waiting for amendments that I cannot do for them 

Is there any black friday discount on subscriptions?

A problem has been happening to me recently where if I zoom out too much (anywhere between 1%-8%) my zoom gets “stuck”. Doesn’t matter how many times I “command - +”, the only way I can zoom back in is when I click the top right “zoom/view options” and manually click “Zoom in - command - +”. Not the biggest problem in the world, but a distraction enough to get me out of my flow. Has this been happening to anyone else recently?! Please let me know if I should provide a video example as well.

I downloaded the Figma app, firstly I downloaded the DMG file, which was only 2 MB. I thought it was just an installer file. But then once I install the app, it just says I need to move it in my apps folder. Afterwards I open the app, it asks me to sign in, so I click, the browser opens. After signing in, I click open app, the button is dead. It doesn’t click, then after 5 seconds it says my session has expired. After going down the rabbit hole I have 1) Cleared Cache, 2) Quit and Restart the app, 3) Confirmed that my internet connection was working (other apps were running fine), 4) Deleted and reinstalled the app, 5) Reached out to Figma support (1 week ago) and nothing. I even thought that the 2 MB file was corrupt or incomplete, so I went to Figma to re download it, and all the buttons on the page are unresponsive. I struggled with this for 2 days and quit after frustration. Right now I am using it via my browser, but I really want to use the app because it was smoother and clea

 I submitted my figma plugin (BuddaAI) for review about a month ago and on the window that popped up, it said it should be reviewed within 5-10 business days. However I did not receive an email nor get it approved, and it’s been a bit over a month now. Would like to know how long I should expect to wait.. I have not been contacted or anything, and no update has been given. I am not able to rotate gradients when I add the swatches from the Variables, however if they are not linked to the variables there’s no issue.

Why can Figma Make only create "Single Page Applications" (SPA)?

I created my website with Figma Make, I published it, and for SEO, Google cannot access the sitemap and robots.txt. I cannot upload the folder to the root of my domain because it is already connected to Figma Make via DNS.
