Hi Vladislav, thanks for reaching out to us! I see int he backend that you have reached out to the support team with your Figma link.
I’ve a looked at it, and looks like this file was deleted, but not permanently on 20 July, in the team ‘My’. The good news is that we don't permanently delete files from Figma unless you manually click "delete forever" or if you delete the team or project that the file was in.

You should be able to restore the file by clicking on Trash and locating the file you want to restore. Right-click on the file and select Restore. 

To see all available files that can be restored, please make sure that you also set the "Created by" filter to "anyone" rather than "you." You, and anyone else who had access to edit that file should be able to find it and restore it this way.

Thanks for sharing the URL! It looks like the file has been restored and I’m also able to access it. Could you check on your end and confirm if you have access as well?

Unfortunately, I cannot find this file anywhere. I cannot access the link either; it gives an error message saying that the file may have been deleted or moved. Could it have changed its name? The name I remember is ‘Maketto - Site’.

Hmm, this looks odd. Can you confirm if you try to get access to this file with your Figma email account: vlxxxxxxx89@gxxxx.xxxm?
The name of this file is: ‘https://tl-shop.ru/’ , and is now located in ‘tl-shop’ team. 

Also, the link you included in the support form points to this file. Could you confirm if this is the one you meant? The name of this file is ‘Maketto Site’. If so, I can confirm that the file was deleted, but since it appears you're the owner (under the Figma email vlxxxxxxx89@gxxxx.xxxm), you should be able to restore it from your Drafts folder.

Please take a look there and let me know if you're able to find it. Otherwise I will create a support ticket on your behalf for further investigation. Thank you!
