I am writing to request a full refund for a recent subscription charge on this account.A payment was automatically processed the 30th of September but I have not been using this account for quite some time and have no intention of using it in the future.Since the payment was made recently and the service has not been used, I would greatly appreciate it if you could issue a refund. I already canceled my suscription.

Hi Figma team, I'm an admin on an Organization plan and need help with a billing issue that I haven't been able to resolve through official channels. Issue- An invoice was issued on September 24, 2026, based on 8 seats.- From September 25, 2026, our team only needs 7 seats.- The invoice is fixed at 8 seats and is now past its due date. RequestPlease revise the invoice to reflect 7 seats from September 25. We will pay immediately once we receive the corrected invoice.  What I've tried- Contacted support via the in-app chat, with no response- Emailed support, with no response Since the invoice is overdue, I'd like to resolve this quickly so our account isn't restricted. Could someone from the billing team look into this or escalate it? Thank you.

I’m in trouble trying to disconnect from a previous GitHub account in Agents (connectors) to connect to a new one. I’ve tried to disconnect and reconnect, but when I run the prompt, it says I don’t have access to the repository because I’m connected with the first account.Support ID: srid_1SDQK5XEW8RPDVBHT8WCYW00V

It’s incredibly annoying to make this disappear. Just let me hit ESC. Please. It slows me down so much.

I’d love to have the ability to use Figma Motion in Figma Buzz to more easily build animated ad templates for me growth / performance marketing teams. Allow us to create motion ad templates with moving copy / text boxes / product imagery etc that let folks swap imagery without a designer. Current motion ads are the toughest part of our workflow when running a paid campaign - we’re creating them separately and it would be fantastic to have that in one place! Given that most ads have relatively simple motion requirements, it feels like a no-brainer to allow teams to integrate that work into a template too.

Hi - I need to use Code Connect CLI to properly map our codebase, and I would like to be able to set instructions for the MCP to ensure the agent asks the user about certain details like aria labels and functionality requirements and to suggest values to confirm with the user. However, the Add Instructions to MCP button disappears when I use the CLI mappings, and Claude claims that it’s not possible to add MCP instructions through the CLI. Is this true? If so, it would be very helpful if I could set MCP instructions on a per-component basis through the CLI.

Hello,I am currently enrolled as a university student and I am trying to verify my student status for the Figma Education plan.I have already submitted all of the required documents for student verification, but my student status has still not been verified.I am currently enrolled as a student, although I am expected to graduate in February 2027. The documents I submitted clearly show that I am currently enrolled at my university.I previously contacted Figma Support through the chatbot regarding this issue. At that time, I received the following response:“Your support request has been submitted — your ticket number is #2163724. A specialist will review your documents and follow up with you via email at [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]. If you need to add any additional details later, you can simply reply to that email thread.”However, my student verification has still not been completed.I was also informed that my current student verification will expire in only 4 days. Updating our site this morning and didn't see any resources on Figma for this so quick created it and published for anyone to use. Simple “Sign in with” and “Continue with” following OpenAI’s brand guidelines.2 component sets included: one with flattened text (if you don't have the typeface)and one with the editable text using the typeface.Typeface link is in the file and in the file description.Hopefully saves you 5-10 minutes of your day.👉🏽 Figma file here

I’ve been working on a “desktop” prototype lately, (i’m on a mac) and when I test the animations inside Figma, everything works perfectly; the flickering issue only occurs in the browsers, and specifically with the "Smart Animate" action. I’ve already run all the usual checks—ensuring matching layer names across variants, avoiding "clip content" where possible—but anyway certain issues persist. Testing in my own Chrome browser works flawlessly, yet the problem appears in a colleague's Chrome browser (Both are updated). Personally, I only see the issue in Safari and Firefox. So, I don't quite understand where the root cause lies on Browsers, though I know for sure it stems from "Smart Animate." Also, I don't know which browser the client is using ; I ran a quick test on a PC as well, and the problem occurs there too.Have any of you guys experienced this? It’s a bit frustrating, especially since these aren't complex animations—just a simple carousel of images, text, and icons. Nothing re

Subject: Feature Request: Show Variable Usage Count Hello Figma Team 👋,I have a small suggestion that could improve designers' productivity. Please add a usage count for each Variable (Design Token) in the Variables panel. This would show how many times a variable is being used, so designers can quickly understand which variables are in use and which are not. This would help with:Finding unused variables Cleaning up design systems Avoiding accidental deletion of used variables Saving time when managing tokensI'm attaching a screenshot for reference.I would be happy if you could reply to my feedback.Thank you, and Happy Figma! 🎨✨Zahid

Problem:When a Figma frame contains a video, GIF, or prototype animation, exporting it as PNG/JPG loses the motion. Currently, designers often need to use external tools or screen-record the prototype.Suggested feature:When a frame contains video, GIF, or animated interactions, add MP4 and GIF as export formats.Export options:PNG JPG SVG PDF MP4 🎬 GIF 🔄Suggested UXWhen clicking Export, Figma could automatically detect whether the frame contains animated content.Export as:○ PNG○ JPG○ SVG○ PDF○ MP4○ GIFFor MP4/GIF, provide:Duration: Entire prototype / Custom Resolution: 1× / 2× / 3× Frame rate: 24 / 30 / 60 FPS GIF: Loop / Play once MP4: Include audio / mute⭐ Extra opportunityA particularly useful option would be:“Export prototype flow as video”Instead of exporting just one frame, designers could select a prototype starting point and Figma would record the entire interaction flow as an MP4/GIF.That would be extremely useful for portfolio case studies, presentations, social media, desig

Hi Figma Support Team,I’m trying to publish a new version of my Figma plugin POSTA, but I’m unable to proceed.I’m getting the following message when attempting to publish:“We detected a change in your account details. Hi Figma Community!I'm working on a design-to-code automation tool and would like to integrate with Figma's Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint. The IssueWhen requesting the mcp:connect scope during OAuth authorization, I receive:{"error": true,"status": 400,"message": "Invalid scopes for app"}OAuth App Details:Redirect URI: http://localhost:3000/callback Current working scopes: files:read, file_comments:write Blocked scope: mcp:connectQuestionsIs the mcp:connect scope available for third-party OAuth apps? If restricted, is there a beta program or application process? Is this scope only available to official Figma extensions (VS Code, Cursor)? What I've Tried Standard OAuth flow works fine with public scopes  Got valid Bearer token  MCP endpoint (https://mcp.figma.com/mcp) returns 401 with www-authenticate: Bearer scope="mcp:connect"

Hi Figma Team, @Celyn_L I recently participated in a Figma research study and received a link to claim my $75 reward. However, when clicking the link normally from my location in Nigeria, it opens to a completely blank Rybbon/Tremendous page.To diagnose the issue, I used a proxy and was able to view the redemption options, which include a Mastercard Reward Mobile Wallet USD ($75), Mastercard Reward CAD, and a One4all eGift UK. However, because these are regionalized rewards, I cannot successfully claim or utilize them from my true location in Nigeria.Since the current reward package restricts redemption in my region, could you please cancel this reward instance and reissue the $75 incentive via an alternative method?I would highly appreciate it if you could process this payout via:PayPal Direct Wire Transfer A region-free digital gift card option supported in NigeriaThank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your guidance on resolving this!Best regards,Emmanuel Onugwu(redact

Just tried Figma Motion and animations work great when tested on standalone screens. However, there's a noticeable issue when a page transition is triggered via an interaction (e.g. clicking a CTA): the final state of the animation briefly flashes (~0.5s) before snapping back to its initial state and playing. This creates a visible glitch every time you navigate between pages. Hope this gets looked into! Additionally, there seems to be a bug with overlays: animations don't appear to trigger when placed inside an overlay. The animation simply doesn't play.

I’m creating a new variant for a wordmark lockup. Changing the color variable applied to the vector that comprises the wordmark itself does 2 things it shouldn’t: it resizes the vector and it skews the vector. Aspect ratio lock is not turned on for the wordmark vector, but I have made zero size/scale changes; I have only changed the color. This makes zero sense.

Hi there everyone,The tab bar has been annoying me for a long time now and I was wondering why it won't get fixed. Currently, if you have a lot of tabs open (don't tell me I shouldn't do that, I know I can handle it, don't worry about me), you cannot really navigate through them because scrolling is not possible, grouping is not a thing and the tab button on the right shows some magic order of the tabs which is not the same order they are shown in the regular tab bar.May I suggest a few improvements?Make the tab bar scrollable, seems like an easy and quick fix, a lot of apps do this these days. Make grouping possible (with expanding/collapsing), a lot of apps do this too. Make the order of the tabs after clicking the tab button match the order of the files (left to right should be top to bottom).I noticed that a lot of people have already requested this in a way, and all of those topics seem to have been closed. Please fix this issue for us power users (that actually do remember where

Hello! There used to be an awesome feature in Figma—the prompt history—that allowed you to see all the prompts and easily return to them. Now it’s gone, and we’re all quite upset: we lose context, it’s hard to repeat solutions, and work efficiently. Please bring back this capability or suggest an alternative. Thank you!

Dear Support Team,My name is 여정연, and I have been successfully using Figma with a student verification account. However, when I tried to re-verify my student status, I keep encountering the "Figma Education Verification Limit Exceeded" error, which has locked me out of my account for several days.I am currently an active student at Kaywon University in South Korea and have already submitted my tuition receipt as proof. Despite this, the same error persists, and I cannot access my workspace. This email account (dkdus1358@naver.com) contains many important projects, and this is a critical period for my studies, making this issue a massive setback for me. I have already reached out to SheerID support multiple times, but I keep receiving automated responses without any actual resolution. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.Thank you,

Hello everyone,I am facing a persistent login issue with Figma Weave that completely blocks me from accessing the tool.Steps to reproduce:I go to the Figma Weave welcome/login screen. I click the "Log in with Figma" button. The page turns dark and gets stuck on a loading spinner for a while. Eventually, it redirects me back to the login screen with a red error banner at the top: "Email/password login isn't available. Please sign in with Google or Microsoft." Important details:I cannot use the other two options (Google or Microsoft login) because this is my Figma Education plan student account, meaning I must authenticate strictly through my Figma identity. The error appears even though I am not trying to enter an email/password manually; it triggers automatically after the Figma redirect loop. I have already uploaded the screenshot showing the error page. Has anyone else encountered this with student accounts, or is there a known workaround? Thanks in advance for any help!

I have wasted a good three or four hours venturing with code components for the first time for Figma Sites. I would dare ask anyone to recreate the following two code components:A dark mode / light mode switch in the hope that Figma site should be able to “switch” therefore from Dark to Light Mode according to the tokens/ variable modes.   An animated header as code component, a simple animated header that can be placed anywhere on canvas, with height set to hug to contents, width dynamic to accommodate the text input, and with obviously - a text input published parameter alongside simple animation settings. And see how much hallucinations, refusal galore(s) in return. I am simply losing hope in Figma AI in general.

Hi Figma Support team,We've found a problem on macOS with the Figma desktop app installed. Clicking a figma.com link inside another Electron app does nothing. This happens to only certain urls of figma not all the urls, and this happens in our own app (Setmore) and also in Slack, so it isn't limited to one app. We think it involves how the Figma desktop app handles links that macOS passes to it.EnvironmentmacOS: 27.0 (26A428) , M2Figma desktop app: latest 126.9.10Apps tested: Setmore desktop app (Electron) and Slack desktop app (Electron)Steps to reproduceInstall the Figma desktop app on macOS.Share a Figma prototype link in an Electron app (Setmore or Slack), for example: https://www.figma.com/proto/<file-key>/...?node-id=...&page-id=...&desktop-link-click-timestamp=...&desktop-ul-exp-bucket=...Click the link.example link that failed for us : https://www.figma.com/proto/b3jKH9qbvcDUlvuatYlJGz/SF-MegaNav---Footer?page-id=0%3A1&node-id=96-2287&viewport=-863%2C9

When I select an object on the canvas and drag it toward the bottom edge of the viewport, the canvas stops moving and does not auto-scroll to follow the cursor. I have to release the mouse button and scroll manually before I can continue moving the object farther down. Expected behavior: the canvas should auto-scroll when I drag a selected object near the viewport edge, so I can keep moving it without releasing the mouse button.

Since 2/3 days ago, the figma links i  use on jira tickets wont open the desktop app anymore and will open the web app without asking me if i want to open the link on the app. I tried clearing the cache but it didnt change anything.I’m using firefox on windows
