Subject: Feature Request: Show Variable Usage Count
Hello Figma Team 👋,
I have a small suggestion that could improve designers' productivity.
Please add a usage count for each Variable (Design Token) in the Variables panel. This would show how many times a variable is being used, so designers can quickly understand which variables are in use and which are not.
This would help with:
- Finding unused variables
- Cleaning up design systems
- Avoiding accidental deletion of used variables
- Saving time when managing tokens
