Can you set MCP instructions using Code Connect CLI?

Hi - I need to use Code Connect CLI to properly map our codebase, and I would like to be able to set instructions for the MCP to ensure the agent asks the user about certain details like aria labels and functionality requirements and to suggest values to confirm with the user. However, the Add Instructions to MCP button disappears when I use the CLI mappings, and Claude claims that it’s not possible to add MCP instructions through the CLI. Is this true? If so, it would be very helpful if I could set MCP instructions on a per-component basis through the CLI.
