Please contact support@figma.com to proceed."I recently updated my account security settings (password / 2FA), which seems to have triggered this automatic restriction. Since the slot update trying to search for variables to apply to fills, strokes, etc. is not working correctly for me.Search is giving me unrelated results or showing no results when I know we have the token. In the attached example I’m not getting any results for icon tokens even though we have them.Any help would be appreciated.

I have a rectangle, blue fill, with both a Noise effect and Background Blur effect applied. When sharing via prototype link, it displays wildly different than in the design file. Any idea what causes this and if there is a fix to display the same? Bottom is how it appears in design file, top is how it appears in Prototype share link.

I'm on Figma's Education plan ( my own team seat, resets Apr 1) with 2,668 AI credits left (full monthly bar shows). File is in this Education team, and AI tools like 'Remove background' worked fine until yesterday. Now every AI action errors with 'Out of AI credits' popup, despite balance visible. I've: Confirmed file/team Checked AI balance in Main menu Tried new files in same team This forces app-switching, killing workflow. Daily limit bug? Plan verification glitch? Screenshots attached. I can no longer use the AI features after switching accounts. It is very inconvenient because I was able to use them with my previous account.
My portfolio deploys fine on desktop, but mobile devices are being served a cached/different version. The URL is the same on both devices, but mobile shows outdated content even after clearing all browser cache. None of my images are showing on mobile version. just text. Please help.

I am a student and we have a free student plan from our school. I am trying to verify my student plan but it says that I have exceeded the verification limit or I have already activated it. Although the role on my profile is set to Education > Student but when I join on Edu Teams, it wants me to verify my status and I can’t verify it because it won’t let me. Hi. I have been granted access to 4 different Figma files. In my email, I click accept and it takes me to a screen that say “Hmm… looks like this file is restrictedTo access it, you’ll need to join the organization first. Do you want to ask a admin to add you to the organization?” and then says aske to be added. I have already been added. I login into my Figma account and see the invites and click accept, and get sent to the same way. I just want to view the file, but it will not let me after I have been given access. I have clicked asked to be added but none is getting an email to add me. Everyone else on my team was added the same way and none else is having this issue. I have cleared my cache, tried on a different browser, and made sure it was the right account. There is no reason I could not be able to view the file, because I was granted access and clicked accept but it still does not work. This has been happening for over a week now.

Hello, I am posting here because we are facing an urgent billing and seat issue, and although we already have an active support ticket, we have not received a response for more than 3 days. We are the Owner of our team(KIESRND), and this issue is now affecting our actual work. Here is the problem: Our original seat setup was 2 Dev seats and 2 Full seats At some point, one Dev seat was unexpectedly changed to a Full seat As a result, we were billed based on an unintended seat structure During the process of trying to correct this, it also appears that an additional Dev seat may have been charged on a monthly basis We contacted Figma Support and received a reply saying that removing one Full seat could allow a refund However, after that reply, we have received no further response for over 3 days, despite already having an open support ticket At this point, one seat is not usable as intended, and this is creating a serious disruption to our work. When in a Figma Site project under “make” it isn’t possible to switch to the chat tab when editing creating/components. The top navigation chat/split/code is unresponsive. This is true in the windows and mac desktop app as well as the browser app (firefox and chrome). No matter what option is clicked the view stays on the 3 column layout: file | code editor | code layer (preview). It is not possible to use the ai chat to enter prompts.
Hi, I am experiencing errors with every Figma Make prototype I open starting sometime yesterday. They all have errors, they render with strange anomalies, elements which were interactive are no longer interactive.Some of the errors it is finding is some sort of Figma code errors, almost like it is looking at the code behind the figma interface in conjunction with the code for the make project.

The client has shared a file with me and given me “can edit” rights, but I cant edit. I am getting this error “An Admin needs to update your seat so you can edit file”. Any ideas? Thanks
I am using the education upgrade for Figma and some members of my team are able unable to access the files we are working on. Everything online about adding/editing seats is involves the admin page, but the ‘seats’ column in the admin members page is not there. My teammates need access to our project. Do you know of any way to fix this?

If i have the SimilarWeb extension Figma, Figjam etc won’t load. They hang on the splash screen and ultimately Chrome asks to wait/kill the tab. If i disable the extension it loads fine.
