Recovering the missing file

Dear Figma Support Team,

I would like to request your assistance in recovering two Figma design files that have gone missing from my account.

These files were not deleted from my end, and no one else had access to them as they were created and managed under my account only. I last accessed these files approximately 17–19 days ago. When I tried to open them recently, they displayed the message "Hmm, we couldn't find that one. This design file may have been deleted, moved, or made unavailable."

The details are as follows:

  • Number of missing files: 2
  • Known file name: FTS Mobile
  • Plan: Free
  • Owner: Same account
  • Last accessed: Approximately 17–19 days ago

Since these files contain important project work, I kindly request you to check if they can be restored from your end or if there is any way to recover them.

Please let me know if you require any additional information, such as my account details, file links, or screenshots, to assist with the investigation.
