I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of my Professional Team (Monthly) subscription associated with "DDDY's team" (Invoice ID: in_1TuA3ZIvcqWR3dFDiVQSsMlX), which was charged $16.50 USD on June 17, 2026.

I have not used this subscription at all during the billing period, and I am requesting a full refund of this charge.

Please cancel the subscription and process the refund as soon as possible. If this matter is not resolved in a timely manner, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action.

I look forward to your prompt response.

And I don't know where the unsubscribe is. Did you hide it on purpose?

Iโ€™ve created a ticket with our support team regarding your plan since we canโ€™t directly assist with account and billing issues here in the forum. I also flagged this to the team to help get it prioritized for you. In the meantime for your reference, we have a help article on managing billing on the Professional plan that gives guidance on how you manage your subscription. The short answer is youโ€™ll be adjusting seats back to View type seats so that they donโ€™t renew with the plan.ย
