Hello Figma Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to request a refund for my Figma Professional subscription.Ā I subscribed because I thought I needed the software, but I haven't used it so far and don't think I will. I have already cancelled the subscription via my profile, but I was wondering if it is possible to get a refund.

I understand that refunds are subject to your policies, and I sincerely appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for taking the time to review my request.
