I'm writing to dispute a recurring $20.00/month charge from Figma that has been hitting my corporate card for at least the past 2-3 months. I cannot identify the source of this subscription and am requesting your help locating the account responsible and issuing a refund.
Here are the charge details:
- Amount: $20.00 (recurring monthly)
- Merchant name on statement: FIGMA SAN FRANCISCO CA
- Charge dates: April 6, 2026 / May 6, 2026 / June 6, 2026
Our company already has a separate Figma Pro team subscription, so this $20/month charge appears to be a duplicate or an accidental individual subscription that I did not intentionally create. I've checked my Figma account settings and billing page but cannot find any active individual subscription tied to this charge.
Could you please:
Look up which Figma account is generating these charges and cancel that associated subscription? As well as refund what’s been charged as of now, thank you.Â
