Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request your assistance in retrieving historical invoices for my account.

Our team is currently on the Starter plan, which limits our ability to view or download invoices directly from the dashboard. However, I need to obtain the PDF copies of two past invoices, which I believe were generated during our previous subscription (Professional / Organization / Enterprise plan).

I have billing access to this account. Could you please help retrieve and send the following invoices to this email address, or forward this request to the billing department?

The user reports that a refund for Invoice Number 3226D7A-0004 was processed to an old, canceled Kasikorn Bank credit card (ending 5281, cardholder Napat Woratakulkan). They request the refund be sent to their current Kasikorn Bank credit card (ending 9795, cardholder Nutnicha Mekvoravut) instead. The user is seeking assistance to correct the refund destination
