Alway reind my password is wrong

actually, i never change my password, but figma always remind my password is wrong, so figma force me to reset my password, but unfortunity, my could not receive email(redacted by the moderator due to PII) , i do not know why ,maybe this 126 address not allow me to receive figma email, anyway , could you help me to solved this problem, because i have a lot of file connect this account ,but i could not log in (redacted by the moderator due to PII), it really a bad experience. please help me ,help me~~~
