Hi! I got figma professional access because I participated in the makeathon for figma last month but didn't get notified about when the downgrade from professional was going to happen, which I thought would be a month after when I subscribed and not on the last of the month, and didn’t account for that and lost access to plugins I’d made w agent and my chats with them :( I hadn’t even had time to push that to my github yet so is there any way I can be given 24 hours to push the plugins I made via agent to my github because I can’t even view the chats I made w agent on the starter plan :(( i did have 1300ish AI credits balance remaining btw !!

On another note, the starter api limit keeps getting a “exceeded” error on bolt.new despite not having used it so I was just making sure whether or not the number of elements/layers in the frame has any impact on the 5/min api calls?

Hey @drfoofheinz — welcome to Figma Forum, and thanks for flagging this. I see what you mean and I've raised your post internally. Here's what to know. 👇🏻

On the downgrade: The Config Makeathon ran as a fixed two-week promotion (June 4–18) with Contra, and teams roll back to Starter automatically when it ends — no charge. There's an in-product banner in the 7 days before expiration. That said, I want to make sure you're able to retrieve your work. Please check the inbox tied to your Figma account for a message from me (case: 2019636) with next steps on that.

On rate limits: The number of elements or layers in a frame doesn't affect your limit — it counts API requests, not file complexity. On Starter, file-read requests are capped at 6/month, so a tool making repeated calls (like bolt.new syncing a file) can hit "rate exceeded" faster than on a paid plan. Full breakdown by plan here: Rate Limits. If it's still erroring in a way that doesn't add up, let me know and I'll dig in further.

Hope this clears things up — don't hesitate to reach out if anything else comes up.
