I've been testing the Menu components from the iOS and iPadOS 27 library by using slots, changing different states of menu items, icons, labels, and other properties. After switching between several modes, I clicked Undo and Redo a few times. The behavior is inconsistent and unpredictable and can lead to unexpected changes in designs.Undoing a mode switch in the Dimensions collection has no effect. However, undoing a mode switch in the Colors collection resets the component to its default state.I understand that it might be difficult to undo all changes when switching modes, because there can be many variables associated with a single collection, and component naming might be part of the issue.Would it be possible to handle mode switches differently in Undo/Redo, instead of recommending that users avoid Undo when switching modes?

Hello Figma Support Team, I am writing to request a refund for an accidental charge on our latest invoice. Recently, a team member's account was unintentionally upgraded to a paid 'Dev Mode' seat. As soon as we noticed this mistake, we immediately downgraded the user back to view-only mode to prevent further charges. Since this was an accidental action and the additional seat was not intentionally utilized for the month, we kindly request a refund or credit for this specific extra charge.Team Name: [Pawdly] Organization/Invoice Number: [Upcoming Invoice, Due date : 8/3] Affected User Email: [redacted by the moderator due to PII] Thank you very much for your understanding and assistance. Best regards,

Subject: Refund Request for Unexpected Figma Pro ChargeHello Figma Support,I hope you’re doing well. I am a former Figma Pro user. I used the Pro plan for a few months in the past, but yesterday I noticed that I was charged approximately $26 USD. I did not intend to continue my subscription. Instead of canceling it, I had kept my bank account balance low so that the payment would not go through. However, I temporarily deposited money into the account, and the charge was processed unexpectedly.I would appreciate your help with the following:Could you please explain why I was charged approximately $26? I would like to request a refund for this charge. Could you also confirm that my subscription has been canceled (or auto-renewal has been disabled) so that I will not be charged again next month?Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.Best regards, jiho

Please add an option to hide the left navigation bar (File / Agents / Assets / Tools / Variables). It permanently wastes horizontal space, which is a significant issue because it already felt like the left side of the interface took up too much space even before this change.I would like to keep the Layers panel but hide only the navigation column, please make it optional. Shift + \ is not possible in my case because I do need all the other panels constantly during my work

Hello! This issue is getting on my nerves for over a year. So, the issue is basically reported in this topic from 7 months ago and it seems that it’s still not fixed properly. In short, when I copy some element and try to paste it somewhere else, it’s 50% chance it will paste what I copied moments ago or something from the last clipboard state. I’m 100% certain I clicked Ctrl + C before. To answer community support member right away - I’m on windows, but other member on my team is using Mac and encounter SAME issues as I do. Also, it’s not linked to the specific file, it happens all the time. Also, when I try to copy something from computer back to figma, it’s also working in the same unpredictable manner. How to fix this please?

Hi,I was trying to renew my Figma Professional plan for a single user, but when I am trying to pay $23 through Indian debit card which I used previously to purchase the subscription, the amount is showing $0 before the final payment not sure why it is not showing $23.I would appreciate any help I can get regarding this.

Dear Figma Support Team,I am writing to respectfully request the cancellation of my recent subscription and a full refund. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding occurred during the checkout process, resulting in an unintended purchase.I want to clarify that this was entirely accidental, and the product will not be used at all. Because this budget was allocated for other essential expenses, I kindly ask if it would be possible to reverse the charge and return the funds to my original payment method. Here are the details of my account for your reference: Account Email: [Removed by moderator - 2026/07/17] (admin) Date of Transaction: July 17, 2026 (within 24hrs) Invoice/Order Number: RSV50TYS-0001 Team/Organization name associated with the subscription: CréativitaI deeply appreciate your understanding and assistance with this matter.

Dear Figma Education Support Team,I hope this email finds you well.I am writing to request manual verification for the Figma Education plan. I am currently a student at Damascus University, but I am unable to complete the verification process because "Syria" is missing from the country dropdown list.I have attached a screenshot demonstrating the issue on the verification page.As proof of my academic status, I already hold an active GitHub Student Developer Pack. I have attached screenshots of my GitHub grant for your manual review.Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this so I can start using Figma Dev Mode for my computer science projects.Best regards,Mohammed Jawdat Almadni

When I remove backgrounds from images and then change the image, the AI always adds a background back into it. This is quite annoying. Can this be removed?Nike logo as example. Prompts show above the image, with results below them. Gray bars are there to show the transparency.Imported a Nike logo on pink background Copied it, and asked the AI to remove the background. Did it perfectly! Copied the transparent image and asked AI to change Nike to Spike. The AI added a background to the image. Why?!I’m sure a workaround could be to ask the AI to first change it to spike and do the transparency at the end, but its just not logic to see things come back / being reintroduced.

I am writing my bachelors Thesis about using AI in UX- /UI Design processes. Previously i was able to use the Agent in Design files, wich i did, but now i can no longer access the feature after i have been sick for 2 weeks. I am on an educational plan and it looks like the feature isnt available for that plan anymore, or was never supposed to be?Since i used the feture before, and cannot now, i would have to restructure parts of my thesis in fundamental ways, if i cannot finish my work using the workflow i used before. I dont have unlimited time, i have to submit my thesis until august third. What can i do, exept for paying 20 euros?

I canceled the automatic payment to terminate the subscription, and the payment was processed today even though it is currently free of charge. Therefore, I would like to request a refund for an unexpected payment.

For example in the typography style preview when a style is selected in a default density mode you may see “Header Small 16/20” and then when switching to a high density mode you still see ““Header Small 16/20” when it should actually say “Header Small 14/18” Is it possible to make these accurately reflect the font sizes and line heights when switching mode?

This was not an issue yesterday, but today, when duplicating a component that uses a slot that has a max-width set, the sizing gets expanded and doesn’t respect the fill width settings. You have to manually reset it.When duplicating a section that looks correct, on paste, the sizing is wrong. When editing anything inside the section, the sizing gets messed up.

Hi everyone,I've run into a limitation with the new slots feature that makes it impractical for more complex, nested components. Short video demo see here.SetupWe're building a navigation drawer for our design system:- A navigation item group component that contains a slot, so a dynamic number of navigation items can be placed inside it.- This group is nested inside a drawer component, which itself exposes a navigation-section slot for further adjustments.- The drawer has two variants: expanded and collapsed. The slot based architecture. No need to # of items variantProblemVariant switching only works as long as the slot content is untouched. As soon as I override anything inside a slot — e.g. add an item or edit text — switching the drawer instance to its collapsed variant no longer works. In the initial, unmodified state, collapsing works fine.Expected behaviorSlot overrides should survive a variant switch, the same way text and instance-swap overrides are preserved between variants.

I’m trying to use the phone format after the last update it won’t applied, it was working without issue before? any solution?

Hello Figma Support Team,I was recently removed from a team workspace. Before my removal, I created several files within my personal profile space (Drafts). I have never shared these files with anyone, as they contain my private work and intellectual property.Currently, these files have disappeared from my dashboard. When I attempt to access them via direct links, I receive the following error: "Current location: Another user's Drafts. You can’t move files that are in another person's Drafts."I am highly concerned about the privacy of my data. Since these files are strictly my personal property, I explicitly request that the team administrator is not given access to them and cannot move them from the unassigned drafts archive. Please permanently transfer these files back to my own isolated Personal Workspace where I can safely access them.Thank you for your prompt assistance in securing my data.
