It contained several files that had been published to Figma Community.I restored the team/project, and the original design files are now available again in my Drafts. However, the original Community publications disappeared from my Community profile.When I open these files and try to publish them again, Figma shows the full “Publish your file to Community” flow with the “Next” button. I haven’t used Figma since finishing my studies and would like to downgrade my account from the Education to Starter plan as I’m starting to pick up freelance work. There’s no self-serve way for me to do this - can someone please assist?

I canceled my subscription within 24 hours, but I see that the plan is still showing as active for the month. I would like a full refund.

I appreciate the added AI feature in Figma Design — it’s very helpful.Recently, however, I encountered the following issue:The AI agent seems to take too long for simple data filling. In the example of a table with 8 columns and 8 rows, I selected only the options to change the text and the images using the available checkbox options. Despite that, it took around 4 minutes to complete.Additionally, I noticed that it performed two layers of changes without being instructed to do so. First, it applied the visible changes correctly, but then it replaced the image placeholders with colored circles.Since I did not want to change the placeholders, and I also forgot to add restrictions for some columns that needed to remain static, I tried to undo the changes. However, because the AI agent seems to run in two iterations, it only stored the last change. As a result, the rollback only restored the state before the image changes, not before the initial data changes.Since it appears to run multip

When I open drafts or projects that I haven opened in a few weeks the canvas is only showing as either white or a gradient dark screen. The project i’ve been working in recently opens just fine.  

I made a simple change by adding a label to a button in the layout, and it consumed 176 credits. I'm struggling to understand how Figma Make credits are calculated. If this is the expected usage for such a small change, it doesn't seem very practical.

I recently started university and prior to that had a private Figma account (with my private email) which I then linked with my school to get an education license. Now I had to start a school account (with my school email) as well but cannot get an education license there, because it is already linked with my private account. I know education licenses cannot be transferred, but is it possible to cancel it on my private account and then reapply for it on my school account? Or will this option be blocked?It’s not really about transfering my work but to put the education license on the correct account.Thank you for your help.

Dear Figma Support Team,I am writing to escalate my unresolved refund request regarding the USD 133 charge for the Professional Team monthly plan.I have already contacted Figma Support three times through the Support Hub, but I have not received a proper response or resolution. Instead, my requests were marked as “Solved,” even though my issue has not been resolved at all.I find this very unfair and unacceptable. I was charged USD 133, which is approximately KRW 210,000, without clearly understanding in advance that I would be charged such a large amount for the next billing period. The only response I received was an explanation about prorated billing and instructions to cancel the subscription.However, I have already canceled the subscription. When applying Figma Motion to an existing component, the animation track displays as purple and shows no keyframes in the timeline, even though keyframing the interaction via the side panel still works. The same workflow on a new layer that is subsequently converted to a component renders correctly.

Hey GuysAm I the only one facing that issue? When I have a shape inside a frame (I don’t know if it’s because there’s an auto layout or something else) I don’t have the “use as masks” option on right click. I need basically to copy the whole block (groupe with shape and mask shape) outside of the Fram (I paste it anywhere in the canvas outside of everything) and then I do have the option available. Then I just replace the whole block inside ma frame. Kind of a complexe way of applying a mask, especially since there seems to be no limitation, just the menu not appearing.

I have been using Figma Make to create sites since February.  The usage rate for Ai credits has skyrocketed recently. The 3,000 credits for the professional plan used to be able to achieve a substantial amount of work, even complex tasks.  Now, even the simplest of task, like resizing a button or creating a basic About page with one image and one text box, is costings hundreds or even over a thousand credits to accomplish.   There is no rhyme or reason for the usage to be this high and this has never been an issue before. The reasoning Ai gave me is this: “You're right to be frustrated, and I'm sorry — I've been giving you the same answer that hasn't helped.Here's the truth: clearing the chat doesn't stop those reminders. They're injected automatically by the Figma Make platform every time a file is modified, regardless of conversation history. I’ve been using Figma for almost 6 years, the real value of Figma was its performance but after the recent Config and different features I see how it’s running really slow. Presenting Figma designs in the meetings by sharing your screen is almost impossible.I’ve cleared the cache, restarted the Figma, linked accounts from 0 but the performance is still the same. It happens not only on my paid account but also in the Free ones.I’m using desktop app only, performance issues are only in the Figma, laptop has no issues with working on other apps.

Hi Figma team,My Figma AI credits are draining unusually fast — they're being depleted after just 3–5 prompts, even though I'm using the default AI model. This happens on any files, including newly created ones. It always provides an ID, e.g. (bc69a0fe-a394-4c29-9a98-6d0dfa8e7fc0)Devtools reports a 403 for the response. 

I work for a company that has a Pro account on Figma, unfortunately some members have left and I do not know who was the admin and I cannot get the admin rights to manage the team.I am connected to the workspace and I have access to it but how could I retrieve the data about who is in the team and how can I get admin rights to the team to manage the users?Many thanks,Remus Davidescu
