attachments are not being seen by the program so i can't add atatchments even when a thumbnail of my attachment shows

Hey ​@William Warkentin 👋 Thanks for your post. I have a few questions to help us troubleshoot together:

• Where are you trying to add the attachment? For example, Figma Make, Figma Design, or this forum? What type of file are you attaching?

• What happens after the thumbnail appears? Do you see an error message, or does the attachment seem to be ignored?

Can you add:

• A full-screen recording of the issue that isn't zoomed in, so we can see the whole context — the browser or app window, any panels open, and the steps leading up to it
• Any relevant screenshots, especially of error messages
• Anything else you think might help — browser and OS, whether it happens in the desktop app vs. browser, or whether it's reproducible on a fresh file
