Hey friends! Is anyone else having issues with Figma Make projects working great in the preview and then just giving a blank screen when published and accessed via the provided URL.I’ve tried refreshing the project, fully closing out Figma and reopening, even duplicating the project entirely and publishing that, but still getting the same issue. Have had some coworkers try the URLs as well and they similarly get blank screens. When I go into dev tools on the published site, the code is empty and has seemingly nothing from the project.Our hope was to test with users using Make prototypes since it’s a huge step up over testing on a static prototype, so would be amazing to figure out what might be causing this! 

I build a Figma Website for my Company and they use Microsoft Edge Broswser, Chrome and Firefox in Citrix. The Website loads and works in Firefox and Chrome Citrix. It also loads in Browsers outside citrix. But if i open it in Edge Citrix it shows nothing, loads only 2 menü points in the top and thats it. Is there any thing i can do ore a place i can get help? I know this may not be an easy fix but i dont even know where to start looking for the problem.

Hi everyone, I’ve been facing an ongoing Design System sync issue across multiple project files, and despite submitting detailed tickets to Figma Support, I haven’t received any response.Posting here in hopes that someone from the Figma team or community can help. Problem summary Components from our shared Design System are randomly breaking or desyncing across files. It started with an icon in a file uploader component that appeared oversized in one file, then moved to a modal background overlay, and now even affects button icons in other files. Replacing the affected component instance fixes it temporarily, but after a while the same issue appears again on different components or files. 

Hey, I just published a Bootstrap Design System into a team library.  When I create a file, and import that library, I get the assets but not the variables.The variables were published, I confirmed that.  When I go to include the library in my file, it shows me all the variables included with that library.  But after including the library, and importing it, only the assets come in.  No variables.  Am I doing something wrong? Thanks guys!-Mike

I’m sending a get_code request to the Figma MCP server via Cursor AI.Here is the request body I’m using:{ "nodeId": "XXXX:XXXX", "clientLanguages": "kotlin", "clientFrameworks": "android,compose", "clientName": "cursor" } However, the response I receive is in JSX (JavaScript XML) format with Tailwind CSS classes, not Kotlin.I would expect either Kotlin code (Jetpack Compose) or at least a clean JSON representation of the selected frame.Question:How can I retrieve Kotlin code or a raw JSON object for the selected frame?

After updated figma as 125.9.10, cropping image one side by holding control key (the most powerful function!) doesn’t work any more. Holding ctrl key now acts as squeezing image. and double click to move and adjust cropped image also doesn’t work anymore. what happened to figma??  or is there something that I missed? I changed image type from fit to crop already.  

When clicking a certain component to review the updates, “Review updates” pop-up showed behind the “Manage libraries” and could not be brought to the fornt.

I’m working in a file I haven’t used in about 6 months or so. Certain images in my figma files aren’t loading. I’ve tried on desktop and web. I’ve cleared my cache, force quite and reloaded, viewed in preview mode and nothing is working. I know there are a lot of issues due to aws outages, but I’m not sure if this is related, or if my images are corrupted in some way. Is anyone else experiencing this? 10.20.2025

I have encountered an issue which is quite annoying. Sometimes instances in the design disappear. It usually happens with nested components but the annoying thing is that it is hard to predict when and how that would happen which makes it hard to find a solution to address the problem.As of today I have found, through some comments in the Figma forum, a temp solution which works arbitrarily: click on “Regenerate all instances (slow)” option in the cmd+k panel.Is there something else that can be done?Can Figma address the problem? The big issue there is that collaborators/stakeholders who do not have edit permissions on the files cannot execute the action to regenerate instances so they see half empty frames and cannot do anything about this.

Hello, I do not know what is happening but my font menu on web-figma look well-rendered on the app is not. Can someone tells me why? 

I'm losing access to the Typography Variables palette for setting font weight — this issue is happening with my premium account.But strangely, I still have access to this feature on my free account.I’m not sure why?  

Hey, I can’t access my Figma file that I’ve been working on for months. It just disappeared and is now asking for request permissions. 

My figma account was created using my university email which was deactivated! I need access to my projects for portfolio reasons and I’ve filled out a request form to get this sorted and have yet to receive a response to my updated email address I provided. Can someone please help me? I have no access at all to any emails going to my deactivated university email.

I recently canceled my Pro subscription, but I noticed that a $20 charge is still currently processing on my card. I would like to request that this transaction be canceled immediately before the charge is completed, as I no longer wish to use the Pro plan. Please confirm that the charge will not go through and that my subscription is fully canceled. Thank you for your help

I have been using the Figma Make AI from 5th September 2025 and used it for few days like till 14th September 2025 or so, But now it shows that the credits will refresh at 1st October 2025. I thought there is only daily limit of how many prompts you can make per day, not how many days you can use in month as well. My project is been on hold since my Credits haven’t been refreshed yet.  

Hello Figma Team, I’m a postgraduate design student at Monash University, and I’ve been trying to access Figma’s Education Program for several weeks now. Unfortunately, what should be a simple verification process has turned into a loop of rejections, blocked attempts, and system errors — all thanks to SheerID. Here’s what happened: I submitted my government-issued ID (first a South Australia Age Card, then my passport), as requested. The photos were clear, glare-free, and unedited — I followed every requirement listed. As a result, I received “We were unable to confirm your identity”, with no explanation given. Even more frustratingly, I was never given a chance to upload my student ID or proof of enrolment — the verification flow simply didn’t include that step. Eventually, I was locked out entirely with a “Verification Limit Exceeded” screen, despite doing everything by the book. SheerID’s support

Hello there,I have encountered a confusion in admin interface of figma plans. Admin - dashboard, billingUse case: I have vacated some of the seats we used, some of them were annual and some monthly. Some collab, some full seats. I am unable to see on the dashboard, what type of seats are available. Both lead me to manage existing paid seats and don‘t show available ones. Admin - Dashboard Admin - BillingOn top, the arrow “back” in the top is broken and doesn‘t lead to the correct previously visited page

Since yesterday, Figma Make has suddenly stopped working.It had been working perfectly before that.The problem is that after entering a prompt, it gets stuck at the “thinking” stage and then stops without any feedback or progress.One strange symptom is that when I enter a new prompt, the previous one reappears together with the new one — both start “thinking” again and then freeze. This keeps repeating.I’ve already tried every possible fix: version rollback, file duplication, using a different browser, etc., but nothing has solved it.Is anyone else having the same promlem?

The selection tool shows up as a white rectangle and doesn’t let me see the dimensions of things as well

Whenever I use the Glass Effect, I encounter the same problem. I create a frame, fill it with a color, and adjust the opacity. However, unwanted lines start appearing, even if I convert the frame into a component. This issue occurs every time, and I would like to understand the reason behind it and how to fix it.

I can no longer copy one line of CSS out of dev view.I now have to use the clipboard icon to copy all the CSS and paste it into my file, then delete what I don’t need.I have added stills showing basics.I am on a Mac Sequoia 15.3.1, using Figma in Firefox Dev 139.0b5. It seems to be ok in Chrome, but that is irrelevant, unfortunately, as process is dependent on Firefox Dev.

Our Figma covers seem broken when we’re looking in the projet view.We use 1920x1080 and 1280x720 and both are looking bad now : smaller in the preview mode.   

Since the last update, it’s impossible to copy and paste the image fill, into another component.I’m working with Auto Layout and I used to be able to select the fill > copy this > open another component > select the fill > paste.This doesn’t work anymore. It’s a feature I use all the time. Does anybody else experience this?

Has anyone found this icon? It used to exist in older versions of figma—figma even shows and talks about it in their documentation, BUT it seems like there’s been an update and it’s moved/buried somewhere.I can apply variables to colors under libraries to choose the variable color. However to apply numbers (like 500) or strings (like unique text phrase for header for eg), they are setup as variable but there is NO icon in appearance or typography section in my design panel. There are variable referenced in type settings but that seems to change the weight/height things. I’m trying to set number values and set text phrases.I’m completely lost/stuck. Thank you!
