Question

AI Credits - abnormally high

  • October 12, 2026

  • 28 views

I ran two AI operations this morning.  They both took an abnormally long time.  One of them cost me 1,332 AI credits!  The other one was 722 credits.  Is something broken?

Here is the prompt I ran.  I got this out of ChatGPT - it was a cleanup of an already existing desgn. This one cost me 1332 credits.  I’;ll paste the other prompt below this one.  That one cost 722 credits.

CLASSY AGENT AGENT ONBOARDING DASHBOARD
FINAL UX + TRAINING REFINEMENT

IMPORTANT:

The current Agent Onboarding Dashboard is APPROVED.

DO NOT redesign this page.

DO NOT change the overall Classy Agent Admin visual language.

This task is a targeted refinement of the existing dashboard.

Use the CURRENT DASHBOARD as the canonical Classy Agent Admin design
standard.

Preserve its:

- Warm off-white / cream page surfaces
- Dark forest-green primary actions
- Pale mint active / NEXT states
- Pale warm-yellow Next Up card
- Soft neutral borders
- Dark primary text
- Muted gray secondary text
- Restrained professional appearance
- Existing typography
- Existing card styling
- Existing navigation
- Existing spacing language

IMPORTANT:

Do NOT replace these colors with a different brand palette.

The current Classy Agent Admin dashboard is the visual source of truth.

==================================================
1. PRESERVE THE EXISTING PAGE ARCHITECTURE
==================================================

KEEP:

Global Classy Agent CMS header

Primary navigation

Secondary navigation:
Onboarding
User Account
Support

Welcome / setup summary

Next Up card

7-step onboarding roadmap

Live Classes & Workshops

On-Demand Training

Footer

DO NOT add:

- New dashboard sections
- Charts
- Gamification
- AI widgets
- Additional navigation
- New onboarding milestones
- Sidebars
- Decorative illustrations

This is a refinement pass.

==================================================
2. IMPROVE THE LARGE EMPTY SPACE
==================================================

The current desktop layout creates too much empty vertical space below
the short Next Up card because the taller Onboarding Roadmap controls
the height of the entire row.

Improve this.

Do NOT add filler content.

Instead, create a more natural asymmetric / masonry-style desktop flow.

DESIRED BEHAVIOR:

LEFT COLUMN:

Next Up card

then allow the next appropriate dashboard content to begin naturally
below it.

RIGHT COLUMN:

Onboarding Roadmap may remain taller.

The Live Classes section should move upward where possible rather than
waiting unnecessarily for the bottom of the roadmap.

IMPORTANT:

Do not make the layout visually chaotic.

Maintain strong alignment and intentional spacing.

The goal is simply to eliminate unnecessary dead space.

If the cleanest implementation requires keeping Live Classes full-width,
reduce the gap between the onboarding area and Live Classes as much as
the grid allows without redesigning the roadmap.

Do NOT fill empty space simply because it exists.

==================================================
3. STANDARDIZE “NEXT UP”
==================================================

Replace:

Next Step - Step 2 of 7

with:

NEXT UP · STEP 2 OF 7

Use this terminology consistently throughout Classy Agent onboarding.

Current example:

NEXT UP · STEP 2 OF 7

About 2 minutes

Set Your Location & Preferences

Make sure Classy Agent knows your timezone and primary market so
scheduling and content are relevant to your business.

[ Set Location & Preferences → ]

Preserve the existing warm-yellow treatment of the Next Up card.

This card remains the most important action on the page.

Do not make other sections visually compete with it.

==================================================
4. FIX COPY CONSISTENCY
==================================================

In the YOUR SETUP summary, change:

Set Your Location & Preference

to:

Set Your Location & Preferences

Use the exact milestone name consistently everywhere.

==================================================
5. IMPROVE ROADMAP STATES
==================================================

Keep the exact 7 milestones:

1. Complete Your Agent Profile
2. Set Your Location & Preferences
3. Connect Your Social Media
4. Turn On Social Media Automation
5. Set Up Your Agent Website
6. Connect Your Business Tools
7. Run Your First Client Journey

Refine the three roadmap states.

COMPLETED:

✓ Complete Your Agent Profile

COMPLETE

Use a clear green check.

Completed rows should feel successful but restrained.

NEXT:

2 Set Your Location & Preferences

NEXT

Use the existing pale mint background and forest-green emphasis.

FUTURE:

Neutral number
Neutral/muted text
No status pill

Do NOT add “UPCOMING” repeatedly.

The states should be immediately understandable:

✓ COMPLETE

NEXT

FUTURE

As additional milestones are completed, the growing list of checkmarks
should create a subtle sense of progress.

==================================================
6. LIVE SECTION HEADING
==================================================

Keep eyebrow:

LIVE CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Change heading:

Join Us Live

to:

Learn With Us Live

Supporting copy:

“Live training to help you build your system, fill your pipeline, and
turn more opportunities into signed clients. Bring your questions and
learn alongside other Classy Agent members.”

Then:

New live sessions every week.

Times shown in your timezone.

Keep:

View All Live Classes →

==================================================
7. PRESERVE THE THREE LIVE TRAINING TOPICS
==================================================

Do NOT add additional live class topics.

Use these three:

--------------------------------------------------

GETTING STARTED

Build Your Classy Agent System — Live

Description:

“Set up Classy Agent with us and get the core pieces of your system
working together—from your profile and social media to your website,
business tools, and first client journey. Bring your questions and
we’ll help you get up and running.”

--------------------------------------------------

GROW YOUR PIPELINE

How to Build a Pipeline of New Leads

Description:

“Learn practical ways to attract buyers and sellers using your Classy
Agent website, social media, lead capture tools, and paid
advertising—and how the pieces work together to create a steady flow
of new opportunities.”

--------------------------------------------------

WIN MORE CLIENTS

How to Turn Leads Into Signed Clients

Description:

“Learn the process for taking a new lead from initial interest to a
signed client—including follow-up, the Discovery Call, Client
Presentation, and the conversations that help prospects confidently
choose you as their agent.”

==================================================
8. ADD SIMPLE LIVE-CLASS ICONOGRAPHY
==================================================

Give each live class a small thematic icon.

BUILD YOUR CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM:

Simple setup / tools icon

BUILD A PIPELINE OF NEW LEADS:

Simple funnel / lead-flow icon

TURN LEADS INTO SIGNED CLIENTS:

Simple handshake / check / signed-client icon

IMPORTANT:

All icons should use the existing Classy Agent Admin forest green.

Do NOT introduce new colors.

Do NOT use:

- Multicolor icons
- Illustrations
- 3D graphics
- Gradients
- Cartoon graphics

Keep them thin, professional, and consistent with the existing admin UI.

==================================================
9. ADD LIVE SESSION DURATION
==================================================

Each live class should clearly communicate the time commitment.

Add duration to the live metadata.

Example:

LIVE · 60 MIN

or:

LIVE · WEEKLY · 60 MIN

Use the actual configured duration when available.

Example card:

GROW YOUR PIPELINE

LIVE · WEEKLY · 60 MIN

How to Build a Pipeline of New Leads

[description]

NEXT SESSION

Wednesday, Oct 14 · 12:00 PM CT

Register →

Do NOT hard-code 60 minutes if actual webinar durations differ.

Developer note:

LIVE CLASS DURATION IS CONFIGURATION-DRIVEN.

==================================================
10. KEEP NEXT SESSION PROMINENT
==================================================

For each live class preserve:

NEXT SESSION

Date · Time · Timezone

Register →

Example:

NEXT SESSION

Wednesday, Oct 14 · 12:00 PM CT

Register →

This is one of the most important pieces of information on each card.

Do not bury it.

==================================================
11. LIVE CLASS STATES
==================================================

Support:

AVAILABLE

REGISTERED

LIVE NOW

COMPLETED / REPLAY AVAILABLE

Example registered state:

✓ REGISTERED

Wednesday, Oct 14 · 12:00 PM CT

Add to Calendar →

Example live state:

LIVE NOW

Join Class →

Do not use red/danger styling for LIVE NOW.

Use the established Classy Agent Admin green system.

==================================================
12. RETHINK THE ON-DEMAND SECTION POSITIONING
==================================================

The six on-demand videos are no longer a random collection of
recommended training.

They now teach the Classy Agent methodology.

Change:

ON-DEMAND TRAINING

Recommended for You

Short lessons you can watch anytime.

to:

ON-DEMAND TRAINING

Master the Classy Agent System

Supporting copy:

“Learn the five-step system for attracting prospects, building trust,
capturing leads, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities
into signed clients.”

Keep:

Browse All Courses →

==================================================
13. GETTING STARTED IS THE INTRODUCTION
==================================================

Keep the first card separate from the five-step methodology.

Metadata:

GETTING STARTED · ON-DEMAND

Title:

Getting Started With Classy Agent

Description:

“See how Classy Agent brings your marketing, lead generation, and
client conversion tools together in one system designed to help grow
your business.”

CTA:

Start Class →

This is the introduction to Classy Agent.

It is NOT Step 1 of the five-step system.

==================================================
14. STANDARDIZE THE FIVE-STEP CURRICULUM
==================================================

Cards 2–6 form ONE deliberate curriculum:

ATTRACT
TRUST
CAPTURE
NURTURE
CONVERT

Standardize the metadata.

CARD 2:

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 1 OF 5

Badge:

ATTRACT

Title:

Attract More Potential Clients

Description:

“Learn how social media, advertising, and consistent real estate
content help you get noticed and bring more potential buyers and
sellers into your world.”

--------------------------------------------------

CARD 3:

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 2 OF 5

Badge:

TRUST

Title:

Turn Attention Into Trust

Description:

“Discover how your website, educational videos, and professional
online presence help prospects get to know you, trust your expertise,
and see you as the agent they want to work with.”

--------------------------------------------------

CARD 4:

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 3 OF 5

Badge:

CAPTURE

Title:

Turn Visitors Into Leads

Description:

“See how Classy Agent turns interest into opportunity with landing
pages, lead forms, buyer and seller applications, and clear calls to
action.”

--------------------------------------------------

CARD 5:

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 4 OF 5

Badge:

NURTURE

Title:

Stay Connected Until They’re Ready

Description:

“Learn how automated follow-up keeps you connected with new leads,
builds the relationship over time, and helps move prospects toward a
conversation.”

--------------------------------------------------

CARD 6:

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 5 OF 5

Badge:

CONVERT

Title:

Turn Leads Into Signed Clients

Description:

“Learn the Classy Agent process for moving leads from the first
conversation through your Discovery Call, Client Presentation, and
ultimately into signed clients.”

==================================================
15. ADD A SUBTLE FIVE-STEP SYSTEM INDICATOR
==================================================

Explore a restrained visual treatment above the five system cards:

ATTRACT → TRUST → CAPTURE → NURTURE → CONVERT

This should visually reinforce that the five classes belong together.

IMPORTANT:

Keep this subtle.

It is NOT:

- Navigation
- Another onboarding roadmap
- A giant infographic
- A large banner

It is simply a visual curriculum indicator.

Use the existing Classy Agent Admin visual system.

Forest green for emphasis.

Neutral connecting lines/arrows.

No new colors.

If this makes the section visually cluttered, omit it.

The card metadata itself remains sufficient.

==================================================
16. ON-DEMAND TRAINING PROGRESS STATES
==================================================

Design the cards so they can support learning progress.

NOT STARTED:

Start Class →

IN PROGRESS:

Continue Class →

Optional helper:

7 min remaining

COMPLETED:

✓ Completed

Do NOT mix this progress with onboarding progress.

Training completion does NOT affect:

YOUR SETUP

or:

7 onboarding milestones.

These are independent systems.

==================================================
17. OPTIONAL SECTION-LEVEL TRAINING PROGRESS
==================================================

Create a developer reference for a returning agent.

Example:

Master the Classy Agent System

2 of 6 classes completed

Do not necessarily show this for brand-new users if it adds unnecessary
visual noise.

This is a supported future state.

==================================================
18. KEEP LIVE AND ON-DEMAND DISTINCT
==================================================

The page should clearly communicate:

LIVE CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Scheduled interactive sessions.

ON-DEMAND TRAINING

Short lessons agents can watch anytime.

Do not make these two sections look identical.

However, they must still belong to the same Classy Agent Admin design
system.

Live classes should emphasize:

NEXT SESSION
REGISTER

On-demand training should emphasize:

CURRICULUM
START / CONTINUE / COMPLETE

==================================================
19. DO NOT TURN TRAINING INTO ONBOARDING
==================================================

Training is optional.

Do NOT:

- Add training to the 7 milestones
- Require classes for onboarding completion
- Require webinar attendance
- Increase onboarding percentage after watching a video
- Block product access until training is complete

The agent can use Classy Agent without completing training.

==================================================
20. POST-ONBOARDING DASHBOARD — DEVELOPER NOTE ONLY
==================================================

Add a developer annotation outside the production frame.

DO NOT redesign the dashboard for this state yet.

Annotation:

POST-ONBOARDING DASHBOARD STATE

When the agent reaches:

7 of 7 milestones complete
100% Complete

the dashboard should eventually transition away from setup as its
primary purpose.

Future operational dashboard may prioritize:

- New Leads
- Follow-Ups
- Upcoming Appointments
- Agent Tasks
- Marketing Activity

Onboarding should collapse into a smaller:

✓ Classy Agent Setup Complete

state.

Live Classes and On-Demand Training may remain available farther down
the dashboard.

IMPORTANT:

This is a future product-state annotation only.

DO NOT design or implement this dashboard in this task.

==================================================
21. CLASSY AGENT ADMIN VISUAL STANDARD
==================================================

CRITICAL:

Use the CURRENT Agent Onboarding Dashboard as the canonical visual
reference for all refinements.

Preserve:

- Current warm page background
- Current white cards
- Current forest green
- Current pale mint selected states
- Current warm-yellow Next Up treatment
- Current border colors
- Current text colors
- Current button styling
- Current pills
- Current typography
- Current radius
- Current spacing
- Current visual restraint

DO NOT substitute colors from an older Classy Agent brand prompt.

DO NOT create a new webinar color palette.

DO NOT give each five-step stage a different color.

The entire Classy Agent Admin should feel like ONE product.

==================================================
22. DO NOT CHANGE
==================================================

DO NOT:

- Change the seven onboarding milestones
- Change milestone order
- Redesign the header
- Redesign navigation
- Add a sidebar
- Add dashboard charts
- Add arbitrary metrics
- Add filler content to eliminate whitespace
- Add gradients
- Add giant illustrations
- Add new colors
- Add gamification
- Add confetti
- Add unrelated AI functionality
- Add more live class topics
- Add more on-demand classes
- Change the Classy Agent Admin visual standard

==================================================
FINAL QA
==================================================

Before finishing verify:

✓ Overall dashboard architecture remains intact.

✓ Existing Classy Agent Admin colors are preserved.

✓ Excessive dead space has been reduced where practical.

✓ No filler content was added.

✓ NEXT UP terminology is consistent.

✓ “Set Your Location & Preferences” is plural everywhere.

✓ Completed, Next, and Future roadmap states are clearly different.

✓ Live section says “Learn With Us Live.”

✓ Three live training topics remain.

✓ Live class copy is updated.

✓ Live classes have appropriate thematic icons.

✓ Live classes support duration.

✓ Next session remains prominent.

✓ Registered and Live Now states are supported.

✓ On-demand heading is “Master the Classy Agent System.”

✓ Getting Started remains the introduction.

✓ Attract → Trust → Capture → Nurture → Convert are clearly presented
  as ONE five-step system.

✓ Five-step metadata is standardized.

✓ Training cards support Start / Continue / Completed states.

✓ Training progress remains separate from onboarding progress.

✓ Live training remains optional.

✓ On-demand training remains optional.

✓ No new onboarding requirements were introduced.

✓ Future post-onboarding dashboard behavior is documented but NOT
  designed.

THIS IS A FINAL REFINEMENT PASS.

DO NOT REDESIGN THE CLASSY AGENT DASHBOARD.

Here is the second one.  This cost 722 credits.

FIX ONLY THE ON-DEMAND TRAINING SECTION.

IMPORTANT:

DO NOT redesign the dashboard.

DO NOT change the copy.

DO NOT change the Classy Agent Admin colors.

DO NOT change the typography system.

DO NOT add or remove classes.

The content and visual direction are approved.

The current problem is LAYOUT / AUTO LAYOUT / CARD CONSISTENCY.

Repair the section so it looks intentional and production-ready.

==================================================
SECTION STRUCTURE
==================================================

The section contains:

ON-DEMAND TRAINING

Master the Classy Agent System

Supporting description

Browse All Courses →

Then:

1 INTRODUCTORY CLASS

Getting Started With Classy Agent

Then:

THE FIVE-STEP CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM

ATTRACT
TRUST
CAPTURE
NURTURE
CONVERT

These are two related but distinct groups.

==================================================
1. KEEP THE INTRODUCTORY CLASS FULL WIDTH
==================================================

Keep:

Getting Started With Classy Agent

as a full-width horizontal featured card.

This card introduces the overall Classy Agent platform before the
agent begins the five-step curriculum.

Use a clean horizontal layout:

LEFT:
Icon / visual area

RIGHT:
Metadata
Title
Description
CTA

Top-right:
AVAILABLE badge

However:

Reduce unnecessary vertical height.

The card should feel compact and intentional.

It should NOT visually overpower the five-step curriculum.

==================================================
2. CREATE A CLEAR FIVE-STEP CURRICULUM HEADER
==================================================

Below the Getting Started card, create a small curriculum divider/header.

Use:

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM

Then display:

ATTRACT → TRUST → CAPTURE → NURTURE → CONVERT

The five-stage pathway should feel connected to the five cards below it.

Do not make this a large banner.

Keep it subtle and elegant.

Use the existing Classy Agent Admin forest green.

==================================================
3. USE A STRICT THREE-COLUMN GRID
==================================================

This is the most important correction.

Create ONE fixed three-column grid for the five Classy Agent System
cards.

DESKTOP:

ROW 1

[ ATTRACT ] [ TRUST ] [ CAPTURE ]

ROW 2

[ NURTURE ] [ CONVERT ] [ EMPTY ]

IMPORTANT:

NURTURE and CONVERT must have EXACTLY the same width as:

ATTRACT
TRUST
CAPTURE

DO NOT stretch Nurture or Convert to fill the row.

DO NOT make them 50% width.

DO NOT make Convert span two columns.

DO NOT allow Auto Layout to distribute the final two cards across the
entire available width.

All five cards use the SAME fixed column width.

The unused third grid position in Row 2 should simply remain empty.

This is intentional.

Whitespace is better than distorted cards.

==================================================
4. ALIGN ROW 2 TO THE LEFT
==================================================

Use:

ROW 2:

NURTURE | CONVERT | empty

Do NOT center the final two cards.

Left alignment reinforces the sequence:

1 Attract
2 Trust
3 Capture

4 Nurture
5 Convert

The eye should naturally read:

left → right
then
left → right.

==================================================
5. ALL FIVE SYSTEM CARDS MUST USE ONE COMPONENT
==================================================

Create one reusable component:

Classy Agent System Course Card

Use the SAME component for all five stages.

Every card must have identical:

Width

Minimum height

Border

Border radius

Internal padding

Icon-area height

Content-area padding

Metadata position

Badge position

Title position

Description width

CTA position

==================================================
6. FIX THE TEXT OVERFLOW
==================================================

CRITICAL:

Text currently crosses card boundaries in the bottom row.

Fix this completely.

Every card must use:

Width: Fill container

Text wrapping: ON

Clip content where appropriate

Correct Auto Layout constraints

No fixed-width text boxes wider than their parent card.

Descriptions must wrap naturally INSIDE the card.

NO text may extend outside its card.

NO card may overlap another card.

NO text layer may cross a grid column boundary.

==================================================
7. CARD ANATOMY
==================================================

Each five-step card should use:

--------------------------------

VISUAL AREA

Centered simple line icon

Consistent fixed height across all five cards.

--------------------------------

CONTENT AREA

Top metadata row:

LEFT:
THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 1 OF 5

RIGHT:
ATTRACT badge

Then:

TITLE

DESCRIPTION

Then:

CTA

Start Class → [play icon]

--------------------------------

Use the same anatomy for every card.

==================================================
8. EXACT CARD CONTENT
==================================================

CARD 1

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 1 OF 5

ATTRACT

Attract More Potential Clients

“Learn how social media, advertising, and consistent real estate
content help you get noticed and bring more potential buyers and
sellers into your world.”

Start Class →

--------------------------------

CARD 2

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 2 OF 5

and see you as the agent they want to work with.”

Start Class →

--------------------------------

CARD 3

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 3 OF 5

CAPTURE

Turn Visitors Into Leads

“See how Classy Agent turns interest into opportunity with landing
pages, lead forms, buyer and seller applications, and clear calls to
action.”

Start Class →

--------------------------------

CARD 4

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 4 OF 5

NURTURE

Stay Connected Until They’re Ready

“Learn how automated follow-up keeps you connected with new leads,
builds the relationship over time, and helps move prospects toward a
conversation.”

--------------------------------

CARD 5

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 5 OF 5

CONVERT

Turn Leads Into Signed Clients

“Learn the Classy Agent process for moving leads from the first
conversation through your Discovery Call, Client Presentation, and
ultimately into signed clients.”

Start Class →

==================================================
9. ALIGN CARD CONTENT
==================================================

Make the cards visually disciplined.

All five:

Icon areas start at same Y position.

Metadata rows start at same Y position.

Titles start at same Y position.

Descriptions start at same Y position.

CTA buttons should align at the bottom of the card.

Use Auto Layout so differences in description length do not create
random CTA positions.

Preferred card structure:

CARD
Vertical Auto Layout

VISUAL AREA
Fixed height

CONTENT
Vertical Auto Layout
Fill height

METADATA

TITLE

DESCRIPTION
Fill available space

CTA
Bottom aligned

==================================================
10. KEEP BADGES CONSISTENT
==================================================

Use the existing pale mint badge treatment.

ATTRACT
TRUST
CAPTURE
NURTURE
CONVERT

All badges should have:

Same typography
Same height
Same padding
Same radius

Allow badge width to fit its label.

Do not introduce separate colors for each stage.

All five belong to the same Classy Agent system.

==================================================
11. ICONS SHOULD MATCH THE STAGE
==================================================

The current repeated/random icons do not sufficiently communicate the
five stages.

Use simple line icons appropriate to each stage.

ATTRACT:
Megaphone / visibility / audience

TRUST:
Shield / star / credibility

CAPTURE:
Lead form / inbox / cursor

NURTURE:
Conversation / follow-up / relationship

CONVERT:
Handshake / check / signed client

IMPORTANT:

Use ONE icon family.

Forest green only.

Thin professional line style.

No illustrations.

No multicolor icons.

No gradients.

==================================================
12. GRID SPACING
==================================================

Use consistent horizontal and vertical gaps.

All columns must have identical width.

All card gaps must be identical.

Example conceptual structure:

| CARD | 24px | CARD | 24px | CARD |

Row gap:

24–32px

Use the spacing system already established in the Classy Agent Admin.

Do not arbitrarily increase spacing.

==================================================
13. RESPONSIVE BEHAVIOR
==================================================

DESKTOP:

3 columns

Attract | Trust | Capture

Nurture | Convert | empty

TABLET:

2 columns

Attract | Trust

Capture | Nurture

Convert | empty

MOBILE:

1 column

Attract

Trust

Capture

Nurture

Convert

Never stretch a card merely because the final row is incomplete.

==================================================
14. DO NOT CENTER OR STRETCH THE LAST TWO
==================================================

This deserves explicit emphasis.

DO NOT create:

[      NURTURE      ] [      CONVERT      ]

where both cards become wider than the cards above.

DO NOT create:

       [ NURTURE ] [ CONVERT ]

centered underneath.

USE:

[ NURTURE ] [ CONVERT ] [ empty ]

using the SAME column widths as Row 1.

==================================================
15. CLASSY AGENT ADMIN DESIGN STANDARD
==================================================

Use the approved CURRENT Classy Agent Admin visual system.

This dashboard is the canonical reference.

Preserve:

Warm off-white background

White cards

Forest-green text/actions

Pale mint badges

Soft neutral borders

Dark primary text

Muted gray supporting text

Existing button style

Existing radius

Existing typography

Existing visual restraint

DO NOT revert to older brand colors.

DO NOT introduce new colors.

==================================================
16. DO NOT CHANGE
==================================================

DO NOT:

Change the section heading

Change course titles

Rewrite descriptions

Change the five-step order

Add courses

Remove courses

Turn this into a carousel

Create tabs

Create an accordion

Add large illustrations

Use different colors for the five stages

Change dashboard navigation

Change surrounding dashboard sections

This task is specifically:

FIX THE LAYOUT AND COMPONENT CONSISTENCY.

==================================================
FINAL QA
==================================================

Before finishing, verify:

✓ Getting Started remains the full-width introductory class.

✓ The five-step system appears beneath it.

✓ Attract → Trust → Capture → Nurture → Convert is visible.

✓ All five system cards use the same reusable component.

✓ All five cards have identical widths.

✓ Desktop uses exactly three fixed columns.

✓ Row 1 = Attract / Trust / Capture.

✓ Row 2 = Nurture / Convert / empty.

✓ Nurture does NOT stretch.

✓ Convert does NOT stretch.

✓ Row 2 is left aligned.

✓ No text crosses card boundaries.

✓ No text overlaps another card.

✓ Descriptions wrap correctly.

✓ CTAs align consistently.

✓ Icon areas have equal height.

✓ Metadata aligns.

✓ Badges align.

✓ Icons correspond to each stage.

✓ Current Classy Agent Admin colors are preserved.

✓ No unrelated dashboard areas were redesigned.

FIX THIS SECTION ONLY.

I ran two AI Agent prompts this morning.  One cost 1332 credits, the other 722 credits.

Here is the first prompt - it was a cleanup of an existing design, and not a big change.

CLASSY AGENT AGENT ONBOARDING DASHBOARD
FINAL UX + TRAINING REFINEMENT

IMPORTANT:

The current Agent Onboarding Dashboard is APPROVED.

DO NOT redesign this page.

DO NOT change the overall Classy Agent Admin visual language.

This task is a targeted refinement of the existing dashboard.

Use the CURRENT DASHBOARD as the canonical Classy Agent Admin design
standard.

Preserve its:

- Warm off-white / cream page surfaces
- Dark forest-green primary actions
- Pale mint active / NEXT states
- Pale warm-yellow Next Up card
- Soft neutral borders
- Dark primary text
- Muted gray secondary text
- Restrained professional appearance
- Existing typography
- Existing card styling
- Existing navigation
- Existing spacing language

IMPORTANT:

Do NOT replace these colors with a different brand palette.

The current Classy Agent Admin dashboard is the visual source of truth.

==================================================
1. PRESERVE THE EXISTING PAGE ARCHITECTURE
==================================================

KEEP:

Global Classy Agent CMS header

Primary navigation

Secondary navigation:
Onboarding
User Account
Support

Welcome / setup summary

Next Up card

7-step onboarding roadmap

Live Classes & Workshops

On-Demand Training

Footer

DO NOT add:

- New dashboard sections
- Charts
- Gamification
- AI widgets
- Additional navigation
- New onboarding milestones
- Sidebars
- Decorative illustrations

This is a refinement pass.

==================================================
2. IMPROVE THE LARGE EMPTY SPACE
==================================================

==================================================
3. STANDARDIZE “NEXT UP”
==================================================

Replace:

Next Step - Step 2 of 7

with:

NEXT UP · STEP 2 OF 7

Use this terminology consistently throughout Classy Agent onboarding.

Current example:

NEXT UP · STEP 2 OF 7

About 2 minutes

Set Your Location & Preferences

Make sure Classy Agent knows your timezone and primary market so
scheduling and content are relevant to your business.

[ Set Location & Preferences → ]

Preserve the existing warm-yellow treatment of the Next Up card.

This card remains the most important action on the page.

Do not make other sections visually compete with it.

==================================================
4. FIX COPY CONSISTENCY
==================================================

In the YOUR SETUP summary, change:

Set Your Location & Preference

to:

Set Your Location & Preferences

Use the exact milestone name consistently everywhere.

==================================================
5. IMPROVE ROADMAP STATES
==================================================

Keep the exact 7 milestones:

1. Complete Your Agent Profile
2. Set Your Location & Preferences
3. Connect Your Social Media
4. Turn On Social Media Automation
5. Set Up Your Agent Website
6. Connect Your Business Tools
7. Run Your First Client Journey

Refine the three roadmap states.

COMPLETED:

✓ Complete Your Agent Profile

COMPLETE

Use a clear green check.

Completed rows should feel successful but restrained.

NEXT:

2 Set Your Location & Preferences

NEXT

Use the existing pale mint background and forest-green emphasis.

FUTURE:

Neutral number
Neutral/muted text
No status pill

Do NOT add “UPCOMING” repeatedly.

The states should be immediately understandable:

✓ COMPLETE

NEXT

FUTURE

As additional milestones are completed, the growing list of checkmarks
should create a subtle sense of progress.

==================================================
6. LIVE SECTION HEADING
==================================================

Keep eyebrow:

LIVE CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Change heading:

Join Us Live

to:

Learn With Us Live

Supporting copy:

“Live training to help you build your system, fill your pipeline, and
turn more opportunities into signed clients. Bring your questions and
learn alongside other Classy Agent members.”

Then:

New live sessions every week.

Times shown in your timezone.

Keep:

View All Live Classes →

==================================================
7. PRESERVE THE THREE LIVE TRAINING TOPICS
==================================================

Do NOT add additional live class topics.

Use these three:

--------------------------------------------------

GETTING STARTED

Build Your Classy Agent System — Live

Description:

“Set up Classy Agent with us and get the core pieces of your system
working together—from your profile and social media to your website,
business tools, and first client journey. Bring your questions and
we’ll help you get up and running.”

--------------------------------------------------

GROW YOUR PIPELINE

How to Build a Pipeline of New Leads

Description:

“Learn practical ways to attract buyers and sellers using your Classy
Agent website, social media, lead capture tools, and paid
advertising—and how the pieces work together to create a steady flow
of new opportunities.”

--------------------------------------------------

WIN MORE CLIENTS

How to Turn Leads Into Signed Clients

Description:

“Learn the process for taking a new lead from initial interest to a
signed client—including follow-up, the Discovery Call, Client
Presentation, and the conversations that help prospects confidently
choose you as their agent.”

==================================================
8. ADD SIMPLE LIVE-CLASS ICONOGRAPHY
==================================================

Give each live class a small thematic icon.

BUILD YOUR CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM:

Simple setup / tools icon

BUILD A PIPELINE OF NEW LEADS:

Simple funnel / lead-flow icon

TURN LEADS INTO SIGNED CLIENTS:

Simple handshake / check / signed-client icon

IMPORTANT:

All icons should use the existing Classy Agent Admin forest green.

Do NOT introduce new colors.

Do NOT use:

- Multicolor icons
- Illustrations
- 3D graphics
- Gradients
- Cartoon graphics

Keep them thin, professional, and consistent with the existing admin UI.

==================================================
9. ADD LIVE SESSION DURATION
==================================================

Each live class should clearly communicate the time commitment.

Add duration to the live metadata.

Example:

LIVE · 60 MIN

or:

LIVE · WEEKLY · 60 MIN

Use the actual configured duration when available.

Example card:

GROW YOUR PIPELINE

LIVE · WEEKLY · 60 MIN

How to Build a Pipeline of New Leads

[description]

NEXT SESSION

Wednesday, Oct 14 · 12:00 PM CT

Register →

Do NOT hard-code 60 minutes if actual webinar durations differ.

Developer note:

LIVE CLASS DURATION IS CONFIGURATION-DRIVEN.

==================================================
10. KEEP NEXT SESSION PROMINENT
==================================================

For each live class preserve:

NEXT SESSION

Date · Time · Timezone

Register →

Example:

NEXT SESSION

Wednesday, Oct 14 · 12:00 PM CT

Register →

This is one of the most important pieces of information on each card.

Do not bury it.

==================================================
11. LIVE CLASS STATES
==================================================

Support:

AVAILABLE

REGISTERED

LIVE NOW

COMPLETED / REPLAY AVAILABLE

Example registered state:

✓ REGISTERED

Wednesday, Oct 14 · 12:00 PM CT

Add to Calendar →

Example live state:

LIVE NOW

Join Class →

Do not use red/danger styling for LIVE NOW.

Use the established Classy Agent Admin green system.

==================================================
12. RETHINK THE ON-DEMAND SECTION POSITIONING
==================================================

The six on-demand videos are no longer a random collection of
recommended training.

They now teach the Classy Agent methodology.

Change:

ON-DEMAND TRAINING

Recommended for You

Short lessons you can watch anytime.

to:

ON-DEMAND TRAINING

Master the Classy Agent System

Supporting copy:

“Learn the five-step system for attracting prospects, building trust,
capturing leads, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities
into signed clients.”

Keep:

Browse All Courses →

==================================================
13. GETTING STARTED IS THE INTRODUCTION
==================================================

Keep the first card separate from the five-step methodology.

Metadata:

GETTING STARTED · ON-DEMAND

Title:

Getting Started With Classy Agent

Description:

“See how Classy Agent brings your marketing, lead generation, and
client conversion tools together in one system designed to help grow
your business.”

CTA:

Start Class →

This is the introduction to Classy Agent.

It is NOT Step 1 of the five-step system.

==================================================
14. STANDARDIZE THE FIVE-STEP CURRICULUM
==================================================

Cards 2–6 form ONE deliberate curriculum:

ATTRACT
TRUST
CAPTURE
NURTURE
CONVERT

Standardize the metadata.

CARD 2:

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 1 OF 5

Badge:

ATTRACT

Title:

Attract More Potential Clients

Description:

“Learn how social media, advertising, and consistent real estate
content help you get noticed and bring more potential buyers and
sellers into your world.”

--------------------------------------------------

CARD 3:

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 2 OF 5

Badge:

TRUST

Title:

Turn Attention Into Trust

Description:

“Discover how your website, educational videos, and professional
online presence help prospects get to know you, trust your expertise,
and see you as the agent they want to work with.”

--------------------------------------------------

CARD 4:

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 3 OF 5

Badge:

CAPTURE

Title:

Turn Visitors Into Leads

Description:

“See how Classy Agent turns interest into opportunity with landing
pages, lead forms, buyer and seller applications, and clear calls to
action.”

--------------------------------------------------

CARD 5:

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 4 OF 5

Badge:

NURTURE

Title:

Stay Connected Until They’re Ready

Description:

“Learn how automated follow-up keeps you connected with new leads,
builds the relationship over time, and helps move prospects toward a
conversation.”

--------------------------------------------------

CARD 6:

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 5 OF 5

Badge:

CONVERT

Title:

Turn Leads Into Signed Clients

Description:

“Learn the Classy Agent process for moving leads from the first
conversation through your Discovery Call, Client Presentation, and
ultimately into signed clients.”

==================================================
15. ADD A SUBTLE FIVE-STEP SYSTEM INDICATOR
==================================================

Explore a restrained visual treatment above the five system cards:

ATTRACT → TRUST → CAPTURE → NURTURE → CONVERT

This should visually reinforce that the five classes belong together.

IMPORTANT:

Keep this subtle.

It is NOT:

- Navigation
- Another onboarding roadmap
- A giant infographic
- A large banner

It is simply a visual curriculum indicator.

Use the existing Classy Agent Admin visual system.

Forest green for emphasis.

Neutral connecting lines/arrows.

No new colors.

If this makes the section visually cluttered, omit it.

The card metadata itself remains sufficient.

==================================================
16. ON-DEMAND TRAINING PROGRESS STATES
==================================================

Design the cards so they can support learning progress.

NOT STARTED:

Start Class →

IN PROGRESS:

Continue Class →

Optional helper:

7 min remaining

COMPLETED:

✓ Completed

Do NOT mix this progress with onboarding progress.

Training completion does NOT affect:

YOUR SETUP

or:

7 onboarding milestones.

These are independent systems.

==================================================
17. OPTIONAL SECTION-LEVEL TRAINING PROGRESS
==================================================

Create a developer reference for a returning agent.

Example:

Master the Classy Agent System

2 of 6 classes completed

Do not necessarily show this for brand-new users if it adds unnecessary
visual noise.

This is a supported future state.

==================================================
18. KEEP LIVE AND ON-DEMAND DISTINCT
==================================================

The page should clearly communicate:

LIVE CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Scheduled interactive sessions.

ON-DEMAND TRAINING

Short lessons agents can watch anytime.

Do not make these two sections look identical.

However, they must still belong to the same Classy Agent Admin design
system.

Live classes should emphasize:

NEXT SESSION
REGISTER

On-demand training should emphasize:

CURRICULUM
START / CONTINUE / COMPLETE

==================================================
19. DO NOT TURN TRAINING INTO ONBOARDING
==================================================

Training is optional.

Do NOT:

- Add training to the 7 milestones
- Require classes for onboarding completion
- Require webinar attendance
- Increase onboarding percentage after watching a video
- Block product access until training is complete

The agent can use Classy Agent without completing training.

==================================================
20. POST-ONBOARDING DASHBOARD — DEVELOPER NOTE ONLY
==================================================

Add a developer annotation outside the production frame.

DO NOT redesign the dashboard for this state yet.

Annotation:

POST-ONBOARDING DASHBOARD STATE

When the agent reaches:

7 of 7 milestones complete
100% Complete

the dashboard should eventually transition away from setup as its
primary purpose.

Future operational dashboard may prioritize:

- New Leads
- Follow-Ups
- Upcoming Appointments
- Agent Tasks
- Marketing Activity

Onboarding should collapse into a smaller:

✓ Classy Agent Setup Complete

state.

Live Classes and On-Demand Training may remain available farther down
the dashboard.

IMPORTANT:

This is a future product-state annotation only.

DO NOT design or implement this dashboard in this task.

==================================================
21. CLASSY AGENT ADMIN VISUAL STANDARD
==================================================

CRITICAL:

Use the CURRENT Agent Onboarding Dashboard as the canonical visual
reference for all refinements.

Preserve:

- Current warm page background
- Current white cards
- Current forest green
- Current pale mint selected states
- Current warm-yellow Next Up treatment
- Current border colors
- Current text colors
- Current button styling
- Current pills
- Current typography
- Current radius
- Current spacing
- Current visual restraint

DO NOT substitute colors from an older Classy Agent brand prompt.

DO NOT create a new webinar color palette.

DO NOT give each five-step stage a different color.

The entire Classy Agent Admin should feel like ONE product.

==================================================
22. DO NOT CHANGE
==================================================

DO NOT:

- Change the seven onboarding milestones
- Change milestone order
- Redesign the header
- Redesign navigation
- Add a sidebar
- Add dashboard charts
- Add arbitrary metrics
- Add filler content to eliminate whitespace
- Add gradients
- Add giant illustrations
- Add new colors
- Add gamification
- Add confetti
- Add unrelated AI functionality
- Add more live class topics
- Add more on-demand classes
- Change the Classy Agent Admin visual standard

==================================================
FINAL QA
==================================================

==================================================
SECTION STRUCTURE
==================================================

The section contains:

ON-DEMAND TRAINING

Master the Classy Agent System

Supporting description

Browse All Courses →

Then:

1 INTRODUCTORY CLASS

Getting Started With Classy Agent

Then:

THE FIVE-STEP CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM

ATTRACT
TRUST
CAPTURE
NURTURE
CONVERT

These are two related but distinct groups.

==================================================
1. KEEP THE INTRODUCTORY CLASS FULL WIDTH
==================================================

Keep:

Getting Started With Classy Agent

as a full-width horizontal featured card.

This card introduces the overall Classy Agent platform before the
agent begins the five-step curriculum.

Use a clean horizontal layout:

LEFT:
Icon / visual area

RIGHT:
Metadata
Title
Description
CTA

Top-right:
AVAILABLE badge

However:

Reduce unnecessary vertical height.

The card should feel compact and intentional.

It should NOT visually overpower the five-step curriculum.

==================================================
2. CREATE A CLEAR FIVE-STEP CURRICULUM HEADER
==================================================

==================================================
3. USE A STRICT THREE-COLUMN GRID
==================================================

==================================================
4. ALIGN ROW 2 TO THE LEFT
==================================================

Use:

ROW 2:

NURTURE | CONVERT | empty

Do NOT center the final two cards.

Left alignment reinforces the sequence:

1 Attract
2 Trust
3 Capture

4 Nurture
5 Convert

The eye should naturally read:

left → right
then
left → right.

==================================================
5. ALL FIVE SYSTEM CARDS MUST USE ONE COMPONENT
==================================================

Create one reusable component:

Classy Agent System Course Card

Use the SAME component for all five stages.

Every card must have identical:

Width

Minimum height

Border

Border radius

Internal padding

Icon-area height

Content-area padding

Metadata position

Badge position

Title position

Description width

CTA position

==================================================
6. FIX THE TEXT OVERFLOW
==================================================

CRITICAL:

Text currently crosses card boundaries in the bottom row.

Fix this completely.

Every card must use:

Width: Fill container

Text wrapping: ON

Clip content where appropriate

Correct Auto Layout constraints

No fixed-width text boxes wider than their parent card.

Descriptions must wrap naturally INSIDE the card.

NO text may extend outside its card.

NO card may overlap another card.

NO text layer may cross a grid column boundary.

==================================================
7. CARD ANATOMY
==================================================

Each five-step card should use:

--------------------------------

VISUAL AREA

Centered simple line icon

Consistent fixed height across all five cards.

--------------------------------

CONTENT AREA

Top metadata row:

LEFT:
THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 1 OF 5

RIGHT:
ATTRACT badge

Then:

TITLE

DESCRIPTION

Then:

CTA

Start Class → [play icon]

--------------------------------

Use the same anatomy for every card.

==================================================
8. EXACT CARD CONTENT
==================================================

CARD 1

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 1 OF 5

ATTRACT

Attract More Potential Clients

“Learn how social media, advertising, and consistent real estate
content help you get noticed and bring more potential buyers and
sellers into your world.”

Start Class →

--------------------------------

CARD 2

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 2 OF 5

TRUST

Turn Attention Into Trust

“Discover how your website, educational videos, and professional
online presence help prospects get to know you, trust your expertise,
and see you as the agent they want to work with.”

Start Class →

--------------------------------

CARD 3

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 3 OF 5

CAPTURE

Turn Visitors Into Leads

“See how Classy Agent turns interest into opportunity with landing
pages, lead forms, buyer and seller applications, and clear calls to
action.”

Start Class →

--------------------------------

CARD 4

THE CLASSY AGENT SYSTEM · 4 OF 5

NURTURE

Stay Connected Until They’re Ready

“Learn how automated follow-up keeps you connected with new leads,
builds the relationship over time, and helps move prospects toward a
conversation.”

Start Class →

--------------------------------

==================================================
9. ALIGN CARD CONTENT
==================================================

Make the cards visually disciplined.

All five:

Icon areas start at same Y position.

Metadata rows start at same Y position.

Titles start at same Y position.

Descriptions start at same Y position.

CTA buttons should align at the bottom of the card.

Use Auto Layout so differences in description length do not create
random CTA positions.

Preferred card structure:

CARD
Vertical Auto Layout

VISUAL AREA
Fixed height

CONTENT
Vertical Auto Layout
Fill height

METADATA

TITLE

DESCRIPTION
Fill available space

CTA
Bottom aligned

==================================================
10. KEEP BADGES CONSISTENT
==================================================

Use the existing pale mint badge treatment.

ATTRACT
TRUST
CAPTURE
NURTURE
CONVERT

All badges should have:

Same typography
Same height
Same padding
Same radius

Allow badge width to fit its label.

Do not introduce separate colors for each stage.

All five belong to the same Classy Agent system.

==================================================
11. ICONS SHOULD MATCH THE STAGE
==================================================

The current repeated/random icons do not sufficiently communicate the
five stages.

Use simple line icons appropriate to each stage.

ATTRACT:
Megaphone / visibility / audience

TRUST:
Shield / star / credibility

CAPTURE:
Lead form / inbox / cursor

NURTURE:
Conversation / follow-up / relationship

CONVERT:
Handshake / check / signed client

IMPORTANT:

Use ONE icon family.

Forest green only.

Thin professional line style.

No illustrations.

No multicolor icons.

No gradients.

==================================================
12. GRID SPACING
==================================================

==================================================
13. RESPONSIVE BEHAVIOR
==================================================

DESKTOP:

3 columns

Attract | Trust | Capture

Nurture | Convert | empty

TABLET:

2 columns

Attract | Trust

Capture | Nurture

Convert | empty

MOBILE:

1 column

Attract

Trust

Capture

Nurture

Convert

Never stretch a card merely because the final row is incomplete.

==================================================
14. DO NOT CENTER OR STRETCH THE LAST TWO
==================================================

This deserves explicit emphasis.

DO NOT create:

[      NURTURE      ] [      CONVERT      ]

where both cards become wider than the cards above.

DO NOT create:

       [ NURTURE ] [ CONVERT ]

centered underneath.

USE:

[ NURTURE ] [ CONVERT ] [ empty ]

using the SAME column widths as Row 1.

==================================================
15. CLASSY AGENT ADMIN DESIGN STANDARD
==================================================

Use the approved CURRENT Classy Agent Admin visual system.

This dashboard is the canonical reference.

Preserve:

Warm off-white background

White cards

Forest-green text/actions

Pale mint badges

Soft neutral borders

Dark primary text

Muted gray supporting text

Existing button style

Existing radius

Existing typography

Existing visual restraint

DO NOT revert to older brand colors.

DO NOT introduce new colors.

==================================================
16. DO NOT CHANGE
==================================================

DO NOT:

Change the section heading

Change course titles

Rewrite descriptions

Change the five-step order

Add courses

Remove courses

Turn this into a carousel

Create tabs

Create an accordion

Add large illustrations

Use different colors for the five stages

Change dashboard navigation

Change surrounding dashboard sections

This task is specifically:

FIX THE LAYOUT AND COMPONENT CONSISTENCY.

==================================================
FINAL QA
==================================================

Hi @Robert Bruce, welcome to Figma Forum and thanks for flagging this.

I’ve merged your posts so we can track this report in one place. I’m looking into it now and will follow up with an update as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience.

Hello again, @Robert Bruce — thanks for including both prompts.

I took a closer look, and since both runs also took much longer than usual, I’d like Customer Support to review what happened in your file directly. I’ve opened case: 2189988, and emailed you with what they’ll need.

For background, agentic features like the Figma agent and Figma Make don’t use a fixed number of credits per prompt. Usage depends on the model, the complexity of the task, and the context processed, such as the existing design. For more details and updates on how this works, keep this resource handy: How Figma AI credits work → Understanding credit consumption for agentic AI features.

Again, you for bringing this up, and for your patience as we take a deeper dive into specifics.

thanks.  I’ve run many prompts like this one, adn they typically run between 76 credits and at most 300.  But this was a small cleanup.  I’ve never seen anything this high.  I would be out of credits in no time if it were that high.
