Hey @Julien Nicouleaud, I’m sorry your Figma Make file has been stuck since yesterday evening.
Since a duplicate works fine, it may be something specific to this file.
In the meantime, can you please try:
- Reload. The “Wait for the last request to finish” message means Figma Make is still treating an earlier request as in progress. Once it clears, refresh the page (or restart the desktop app) and try again. Troubleshoot in Figma Make has more.
- Open the file with preview disabled. In the file browser, right-click the file and select ‘Open with preview disabled’. You can also add
&disablepreview to the end of the file URL. This is meant for files with preview performance problems, so it may not resolve this, but it’s worth a try. - Back up your code, if you can open it. Click ‘Code’ at the top of the file, then ‘Download code’ in the upper-right of the code editor. Edit the code of a functional prototype or web app walks through it.
Since you’d like to keep this file, I’ve opened a support ticket on your behalf so our customer support team can look at it directly (Ticket #2197081).
Please follow up on the email and share your impacted file with support-share@figma.com and grant "Can View" access. This allows us to reproduce the issue and investigate with Engineering.
When you open the file, do you also see a message like “We couldn’t update your file”?
