In an internal Plugin I want to upload svgs from Figma to Github.With Github.com that works fine, however, to make it work with our Github Enterprise account I have trouble.To check if the plugin can even connect to GitHub Enterprise, I use this reduced code:  However, I get the error notification “Failed to connect to GitHub Enterprise API”.Our GitHub enterprise is internal, accessible behind a VPN. I am running FIGMA with the plugin code from within the VPN, but I am thinking that this call I do might still come “from outside” and therefore cannot access the internally GitHub Enterprise? 

Unable to load anything inside Figma. All images in dashboard (project thumbnails) and images inside projects are not loading at all. Some plugins like Unsplash are not working as well. Unable to export screens as PDFs as well. Tried clearing cache, using a different PC, a different browser, a different network, to no avail. Just noticed, in the console in Figma, I'm getting a "ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED". I'm not using any VPN and have tried connecting to a different network to no avail. 

I have tried a support ticket. And I would like to give Figma some money. But sales does not seem to want our money. My question is...we need MANY MODES. Ca we get away with ONLY one or two enterprise licenses to create and manage modes?The thinking is, can my designers with a pro license CHOOSE THE MODE in their designs, while they still only pay for the pro license $15?But our admins could buy $75 enterprise licenses. @figmasupprt does it work that way? Or does everyone need an enterprise license? sales: 🦗🦗🦗

I’m experiencing an issue with Figma. When I select the ITALIAN keyboard layout, the shortcut for "Decrease Font Size" doesn’t work. Apparently, it seems to be the only one that isn’t functioning correctly!Here are some additional details:I’m using the desktop app . I’ve tried changing the shortcut settings in my operating system, but it still doesn’t work. I also tested Better Touch Tool , and it seems to be the only solution that works, but I don’t think it’s reasonable to buy an app just to fix a single keyboard shortcut. At first, I thought this might be a problem with Google Chrome , since the same shortcut opens the "Help" menu in Chrome. However, the issue persists even when I’m not using Chrome.Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?Apple M3 ProSequoia 15.4.1 

UPDATE: It looks like it has to do with the stroke on the component. When I removed the stroke the component properly rendered.When viewing my prototype and setting it to be responsive, components that are set to fill are not filling correctly. Content on the component will move but the background does not move. This was working just fine last week. This is how the screen looks before making it responsive This is how the screen looks after making it responsive As you can see, the actions in the top header move as they should, but the background does not move.

Icon button to hide grid style is missing on hover. Grids are visible. They cannot be turned off from any frame including local components.

Hi Team,I hope this message finds you well.I wanted to report an issue I’ve been consistently encountering while working in Figma that’s significantly impacting my ability to test and share design prototypes. I believe it may require some technical attention or at least further investigation from the Figma support team.The issue arises when I attempt to preview any interactive flow within a prototype. Specifically, the moment I click on any prototype element—such as a navigation link, interactive button, or screen transition—the preview environment freezes for several seconds. After this brief pause, the entire preview screen abruptly disappears and is replaced by a blank white screen. It becomes completely unresponsive and unusable at that point.What’s more concerning is that this behavior doesn’t only affect the prototype preview. Simultaneously, in another browser tab where I have the main Figma editor open (containing the same file), the editor screen also turns completely white. T

I’m not sure what’s causing this, but all the frames on my backup page (not the main page) disappeared. When I check the version history, the version 5 minutes prior to the current one still shows the frames and nobody should have made any changes on this page.In those 5 minutes, I didn’t use any plugins on the file. I was working on the main Design page and updated component changes from the file library. This happened to me twice this week on 2 separate projects. At first I thought I just mistakenly deleted the whole page, but this time it left the comment notes, sections, and imported images so I’m sure I couldn’t have accidentally deleted the whole page contents while leaving some stuff behind.At the moment, I can restore the contents by copy and pasting from the version history, but all the comments end up in the wrong places. Would be great to have this fixed.I’m using Figma Desktop App version 125.2.3 Missing framesThe version only 5 minutes prior to the current one 

A file named "Personal Project" has suddenly disappeared and is no longer accessible. When I tried to open the file I received the error message ‘access denied.’ I tried opening the file again, it dissapeared from the recent file lists, and I can’t find it. I have checked the Recycle Bin, but it is not there either.This file was still present and accessible just 1–2 weeks ago, and I have not made any unusual changes or deletions.Also I see this message do I need to upgrade to see my file again? or different problems?

I have updated to the latest mode. However, under the same network condition, my friends around me can open all items on the homepage, but the client on my computer has been loading and cannot be displayed.

This issue happened while I was in the middle of editing my files, and suddenly I got this pop-up message.I'm the team owner and have full access and permission to every single file, but now my home page is completely stuck like this.​​​​I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app three times. I also cleaned my cache and I've also logged out of my account on the browser, but I can't do the same on the app since the home page remains stuck. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

Hi there,I currently pay annually for four full seats on Figma, so I rarely check the billing section. However, I recently reviewed our billing and noticed a recurring £6 charge that’s been appearing for over two years for Figjam?I’d really appreciate some clarity on this, especially given that we already pay for full seats and should have access to the complete suite - including FigJam. At one point, we did briefly add a viewer, which temporarily brought our team to five, but they only accessed our boards a handful of times and didn’t interact with FigJam or other features so I’m confused as to why we’d be charged this. Could you help me understand the reason behind this charge and whether we’re eligible for a refund?Thanks in advance,Chansey

Hi all, I use video in my projects. Today I noticed no videos play in any prototype so I did some troubleshooting. Maybe it’s just me, but I noticed something odd. If you have a component with two variants and connect them using Prototyping with the trigger set to “While pressing,” then preview the prototype—pressing it with the left mouse button works as expected. But if you also press it with the right mouse button while holding the left, the component gets stuck in that state and doesn’t revert back. As far as I know, that’s not the intended behavior.

Hello, I have a problem with prototype. Till yesterday, everything was fine. Buttons were hovering correctly with stroke. Today I run figma > prototype and hovering is working very bad. I do not see stroke around the hovered button. Whats morę the hover animation lags heavily and stutters when triggered in prototype mode. On some layers within the same page, the hover interaction works correctly – including the stroke rendering – but only for a few individual button instances. Also lagging heavily but i see the stroke. The majority of components on that page experience laggy hover animations and missing strokes.

Yesterday I notice that all the corner radius of my projects have changed. The wird thing is that my coworkers are still able to see the right corner radius from their account. When I check the component from my account I see that  it is set with the right radius, 8px, while it is displaying a bigger radius. When I go to Prototype I see everything correctly .I attached the screenshot from my account and another one from my coworker. Anyone with the same problem? My viewMy coworker view 

I have paid two full seat last month, and want to downgrade one seat to Dev seat from next billing cycle. However, there is ‘Dev seat adjustment’ fee in the projected subtotal. What is this fee? Should I pay extra $7 to downgrade the seat? It does not make sense to me. 

I have a library with colors palette variables with alpha attached from another color, E.g. Color A: #000000, Color B: (A attached /50% alpha) also mode 1 and mode 2I applied Color B to a components on another file with library added:-Component 1, with color B, mode 1-Component 1, with color B, mode 2The problem was on 2nd component that display 100% alpha instead 50% setted in variables. I fix it just changing to other color and then apply color B again. The color display as a setted in library 

I can’t use the desktop app. it’s completely disable view and Figma can’t loading. 

Hi,i think the problem exists since the last patch update. When I create a local style Layout grid and use it on a frame, I can’t hide or show it anymore. Until last week there was a eye icon next to the grid while hovering. I’m missing this icon now and with that the show/hide function.My workaround now is to go to the settings for the local style and hide it there.Is this a bug or is it supposed to be like this?Here you have a screenshot while hovering: 

(Browser version)I always want to see only Design files in my recent, and until now this preference was remembered.Recently this does not happen anymore, every time I open or reload the Recent files page, the filter is set on All files.It would be great if this could go back to how it was.

I didn't make any changes to this variant, but it suddenly turned out like this. Currently, I can only solve this problem by reverting to the previous version, but this is too troublesome and it's not the first time it has happened. Please reply to me as soon as possible. Thank you!

I like the new annotation feature on the design mode to add detailed changes, behavior notes, and even capture some question. However, I just realized some people didn’t see the annotations. It seems it’s because they have view access and not edit access. Or is it because this feature haven’t fully roll out? Can we let users who have view access of the file see the new annotation feature? It’s useless when adding those notes and people on the file can’t see those. Thanks!
