First, could you confirm that your Bootcamp admin has registered through the Figma EDU Bootcamp Application form?

If you still run into issues after that, can you confirm if the bootcamp admin has emailed at bootcamps@figma.com for assistance? (If the bootcamp admin has already emailed to this email, please share via DM the email address you have used to reach out to them, so we can investigate it internally. Thank you)

Thank you for your quick response and guidance. Our I have already completed the Figma EDU Bootcamp Application form, and we received a reply on September 5.

We have not contacted bootcamps@figma.com yet, so I will reach out to that address now and cc both the admin email listed on our application and the Gmail address used to sign in to the form.

Thank you again for your guidance earlier. Per your advice, I emailed bootcamps@figma.com
 11 days ago but haven’t received a reply yet. Our school is currently in session, and some of our newly enrolled students are beginning to experience difficulties proceeding with their projects. I’d be grateful for any help checking on the status.

Hi ​@Digital Hollywood Admin ! I've checked with our Education team, and it looks like your bootcamp application wasn't approved this time. Unfortunately, there isn't an appeal process for bootcamp verification at the moment.

That said, the Bootcamps team is reviewing the response again to confirm the details, and we'll follow up if there's any update. Thank you again for your understanding!
